Kris Jenner criticized for ‘traumatizing’ Khloe Kardashian by making her daughter take her as a teenager when she was drunk

KRIS Jenner has been criticized for making Khloe Kardashian drive without a license at 14.

Khloe, 39, detailed the experience of having to come out as a teenager during the Season 5 premiere of The Kardashians.

The first episode of the new Hulu series was released on Thursday, where Khloe revealed that her mother lied to her about getting a license when she was just 14.

The Good American founder recalled driving her sisters to school and a traumatic experience driving her drunk mother home.

On Reddit, viewers criticized the family matriarch for “traumatizing” Khloe when she was young.

“Khloe really was Cinderella in that house… She was taken out of school and drove cars at 14 to take care of her kids,” one person noted.

“That story Khloe told about driving when Kris was drunk was crazy!!! Really, poor Khloe,” wrote a second.

“It seems like something that would traumatize any teenager and Kris was just laughing about it. I feel like Scott was aware that it wasn’t a funny story and Khloe doesn’t seem ready to face the fact that it wasn’t okay,” a third said.

“Kris really is a terrible mother, my God. Having your 15 year old son drive because you’re drunk. She really treated Khloe like a disposable child,” a fourth added.

“Khloe’s child driver story was, of course, horrible, but I always expect the worst from PMK,” criticized another.

SHOCKING STORY

The scene showed Kris, 68, sitting with Khloe and Scott Disick, her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s ex.

When discussing the age of Scott and Kourtney’s oldest son, Mason, Khloe recalled how she took her sisters to school at his age.

She noted how her mother lied to her, saying she had a “California government-issued license.”

“A government-issued license in the state of California is something I think I made up,” Kris said in a confessional.

“It was a little different back then. Don’t judge me until you’re in my shoes,” she continued.

Khloe then called the situation “bullshit,” adding that her mother would have had her children taken away if the story had come out at the time.

Khloe Kardashian is the youngest of the Kardashian sisters and mother of True and Tatum Thompson. In addition to her role on each of Kardashian’s reality shows, Khloe is a co-founder of the record label Good American.

One specific story was brought up later where Khloe recalled driving her mother home from The Standard Hotel after she got drunk.

While they were on the highway, Kris vomited outside the open front seat window.

However, the wind blew the vomit back into the car, which Khloe claimed ruined her blue suede jacket.

Scott was shocked by the revelation and continued to ask questions for further clarification, adding: “This is crazy.”

TO THE RESCUE

Kris has spoken about Khloe being her “right-hand man” in the past, specifically in her 2011 memoir, Kris Jenner… and all things Kardashian.

“I would have to give up a lot of things if I didn’t have Khloe there to help,” she said of her third oldest child.

“Without Khloe, I don’t know how I would have carried on with my life,” she wrote of her “in-house nanny.”

She said Khloe’s help allowed her to leave the house, and Khloe’s younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie, still think of her as their second mother.

GYPSY AT HOME

Another shocking moment during The Kardashians Season 5 premiere occurred when Gypsy Rose Blanchard, 32, showed up.

Kim, 43, was seen knocking on Gypsy’s door as the two discussed prison reform.

Gypsy was released from prison in December after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in 2016.

She helped her boyfriend plan and execute the murder of her abusive mother, who suffered from Munchausen’s by proxy.

Viewers were not thrilled to see Gypsy on the show and called the Hulu series “desperate.”

“The Kardashians are going to exploit who is viral right now in terms of relevance,” wrote one critic.

“Is this desperation? Really, Gypsy Rose? I can’t think of anything they have in common other than looking for their 15 minutes of fame any way they can. This is so weird to me!” another knocked.
