GLEN Powell has spoken out about a shocking experience at a party.
The movie star opened up about getting into a physical fight while promoting The Expendables 3 in 2014.
Glen, 35, spoke about the film’s all-star cast, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone.
“Somehow, I’m the random guy who snuck in. So I’m the only unknown person in a cast of legends,” he said. Hollywood reporter.
Glen then talked about his time with the cast at the Cannes Film Festival, where, in lieu of a normal red carpet, they held Expendables-style celebrations.
“I’m in Cannes for the Film Festival, we’re driving tanks along the Croisette. They have all these character banners hanging in the Carlton hotel,” he recalled.
The Top Gun: Maverick star then revealed that despite having his face plastered across the south of France, it wasn’t enough for a security guard.
“The funniest part was… I got kicked out of the VIP section of the Expendables 3 party.
“It actually got kind of physical. There was a big security guard who was convinced I shouldn’t be in the VIP section,” Glen said while laughing.
“So it kind of turned into a physical altercation where I got hit in the face at the Expendables 3 party because no one recognized me even though there was a banner at the party of my face.”
The Hollywood star concluded: “Just because you have a banner doesn’t mean you’re going to join the party.”
SECRET MEETING
A decade after the drama The Expendables 3, Glen has racked up many prominent film and television credits.
Last December, he wowed fans alongside Sydney Sweeney, 26, in the romantic comedy Anyone But You.
The film did well at the box office and Glen revealed that he was thinking about starring in another film with Sydney.
“Sydney and I want to go back to the trenches together through all of this, but the funniest part is that we both said in interviews that we are reading scripts and my agent was like, ‘Why did you do that? You put so much work on my plate,’” he revealed on The Today Show.
Glen then gushed over Sydney and confirmed that the two were reading scripts to reunite.
In fact, it got kind of physical. There was a big security guard who was convinced that I shouldn’t be in the VIP section.

“It’s when you find someone with whom you have a great creative partnership, someone you can really trust, someone who treats the crew and their castmates well, and that you really see the film.
“She’s such a smart businesswoman, you want to keep doing this. There’s no reason to do it any other way,” shared the actor.
CROSSED WIRES
Glen and Sydney’s on-screen chemistry was too good for some fans, who became convinced that the co-stars were romantically involved.
Rumors that the pair were dating – or even having an affair – started when they were spotted getting too cute in interviews and at red carpet events.
“To be honest, we thought they were already a couple. That’s what it seemed like to most of us. And for some extras too.
“It was talked about during production breaks that they seemed close from day one,” shared a member of the film’s crew.
Despite fan theories, Sydney remains happily engaged to her fiancé Jonathan Davino, who proposed in 2022 after four years of dating.
Meanwhile, Glen split from his girlfriend, Gigi Paris, shortly after she unfollowed him on Instagram in April.
