The film follows two sisters Sally (Sandra Bullock) and Gillian (Nicole Kidman) who delve into their family’s line of magic to bring back Gillian’s boyfriend Jimmy (Goran Visnjic).

Later, the official Warner Bros TikTok account began sharing iconic moments from the hit film.

On Monday, fans went wild when the film company announced that a Practical Magic sequel was officially in the works.

They also revealed that Sandra and Nicole were in talks to reprise their roles.

However, some people weren’t too excited about the reboot.

‘DON’T DO THAT’

On X, formerly Twitter, fans shared their honest opinions about the film.

“I love this idea, but damn, is there no creativity left in Hollywood?” one fan tweeted. “Is reboots and musicals the best you can do?”

A second statement: “Do it with the original cast or don’t do it.”

“Please do not replace the originals with Jenny Ortega and Sydney Sweeney. They’re in everything and I love this movie,” said another.
