The franchise consisted of a TV series and three films.
Pamela, 56, will join Liam Neeson in the Naked Gun reboot, according to Deadline.

The Naked Gun film will be released in theaters on July 18, 2025.

The original films starred Leslie Nielsen as Detective Sergeant Franklin “Frank” Drebin.
The Naked Gun films were derived from the TV series Police Squad!, which also starred Leslie, and only lasted six episodes.
Pamela will play Liam’s love interest, which was originally taken on by Priscilla Presley.
Naked Gun focused on a police detective with a lot of heart but less intelligence.
This will be the second iconic franchise that Pamela will be a part of after skyrocketing to fame in Baywatch.
‘SO DOWN TO THIS’
Fans were excited not only for the reboot but also to see Pamela back on the big screen.
“Honestly, I’m disheartened by this. Priscilla Presley gives one of my favorite comedy performances of all time in the original film, and the Liam Neeson-Pamela Anderson duo looks so crazy it might work! #TheNakedGun,” one fan tweeted.
“The era of film actress Pamela Anderson has returned??? YES”, wrote user X, ex-Twitter.
“This is amazing actually,” added a third.
“Good for you @pamelaanderson,” wrote another.
