The gossip machine has shut down on the status of country star Miranda Lambert and police officer husband Brendan McLoughlin’s marriage after months of uncertainty.
Miranda posted a smiling photo on Instagram Wednesday morning of the couple embracing during a recent trip to Italy, quelling fears that the two might be splitting up.

“Thank you for your beauty, historyart, winegelato, sweeter people and memories”, wrote the singer in one of the captions of the photo.
The two look tanned and relaxed as they wear vacation-perfect outfits as they pose in front of a variety of patios and Italian restaurants.
More than 50,000 people liked the short publish just hours after it aired.
Miranda, 40, made no reference to the tabloid drama that engulfed her family this summer.

In videos The US Sun obtained from a fan, a man who appears to be Brendan is getting friendly with a woman on the dance floor.
A woman in the video repeatedly wraps her arms around the former NYPD officer’s neck and grabs his face while appearing to speak into his ear.
The man in the clip seemed happy to oblige.
“He spent hours acting like this,” the fan told The US Sun.
