Residency comes after farewell tour

News of the Eagles’ residency comes as they recently launched their farewell tour last fall, The Long Goodbye.

The band played venues across the US, as well as in the UK and the Netherlands.

Glenn Frey’s son joins the band

The current members of the Eagles are Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, along with Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, who are touring with the group.

Don was the original founder of the band alongside Randy Meisner, Bernie Leadon and Glenn Frey, while Timothy and Joe joined later.

Deacon is the son of Glenn, who passed away in 2016.

In 2017, the Eagles made their first concert appearance without Glenn, adding his son alongside country star Vince.
