Big Brother fans learned on Wednesday that the show will air a special episode on Tuesday, August 13, in place of the regular episode.

According to the announcement, previous winners Jag Bains, Taylor Hale and Cody Calafiore will return to remember the big moments from season 26.

There will also be an announcement about a new big twist following the reveal of the AI twist in the premiere episodes.

The news was shared on X, formerly Twitter, by a fan account, and fans expressed their complaints in the comments.

“Taylor is the only person in this line that people care about,” complained one critic.

“Jag and Cody? They won’t watch it,” she shared in a second.

“The three most boring winners ever, I’m dozing off,” criticized a third critical commenter.

“No thanks,” wrote a fourth Big Brother fan.

“This season has barely started, do we really need your hot takes…? Give us a twist from the inside,” demanded another.

Big Brother fans say show is ‘scripted’ as Lisa is blindly evicted while ‘bully’ Angela remains

MAKING CHANGES

This isn’t the first time CBS has changed the Big Brother schedule.

The program typically airs on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

When season 26 began, the show aired Big Brother at 9pm, but suddenly announced that from August 1st, Thursday episodes would start an hour earlier at 8pm.

Wednesday episodes would also begin at 8pm, while Sunday shows would continue to air at 9pm.

On social media, fans expressed their frustration with the time changes.

“Can we get a consistent schedule? I thought [Thursday’s] The episode would air at 9am like the others and I missed it,” wrote one.

A second complained: “CBS plays with BB’s programming every year.”

FANS WANT ANSWERS

This isn’t the first time this season that fans have complained about Big Brother.

After Lisa Donahue’s shocking elimination on August 1, viewers questioned whether the show was staged.

Lisa was blindsided by the other houseguests, sending her away instead of Angela Murray, who she believed would be going home that week.

Lisa and Angela had already become rivals at this point and some viewers were ready to see Lisa’s “bully” leave the house, while others were eager for her to stay a little longer.

Following her elimination, Lisa sat down with Julie, 54, to discuss the downside and more, and the Big Brother host surprised fans by suggesting Lisa was eliminated because she was “so good” at the game.

Fans were shocked by the comment and immediately began calling him out online.

“Why is Julie justifying that maybe she left because she’s the best player? Angela won HOH. I’m so confused. Is Julie in this too? Now I’m really wondering if this is somehow planned or influenced,” asked a viewer from Big Brother. .

“It’s okay, Julie, you’re getting too excited about Lisa,” complained a second viewer.

“Lol casuals Lisa was edited because the house thought she was boring, not because she was good at the game,” posted a third.

“Lisa is 100% gagged in this interview…she did NOT see this coming,” wrote a fourth viewer.

“I think she feels some way because Angela was ‘bullying’ her, in a way that Lisa might feel like they signed off on the treatment,” another person responded.

Other fans were disappointed that Angela would stay in the Big Brother house after picking on Lisa.

Fans saw her mocking Lisa on a 24/7 live stream days before the episode aired.

Angela later criticized her rival, calling her an “idiot” and leaving her in tears.

“This is ridiculous! @CBSBigBrother what are you doing keeping a bully in the house?” asked in the viewer.

A second fan responded: “Smooth gameplay is boring.”

“Yall lisa looks so sad. I’m sad. I feel like she was so much fun and it just… Jesus,” another viewer complained.

Someone criticized the show, writing: “What a ridiculous dump.”

At the start of season 26, some critical Big Brother fans wondered if the show was staged and questioned whether host Julie Chen Moonves was participating in it.
