VANDERPUMP Rules star Peter Madrigal gave his opinion on the fate of TomTom, one of Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants in Los Angeles.

Peter, who was a cast member on Vanderpump Rules from seasons 1 to 10, believes Lisa, 63, may have bought off her business partners.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum opened the West Hollywood hotspot in a joint venture with VPR stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, both 41.

TomTom opened with the Tom’s owning 5% of the bar, while Lisa and her business partners owned the remainder.

One of Lisa’s other restaurants in Los Angeles, Pump, closed last summer due to rising rent costs.

With TomTom open, Peter, who has been manager of Lisa’s SUR restaurant for more than a decade, believes the businesswoman may be in the midst of a rebrand.

KEEPING THE BOMB ALIVE?

He recently realized that Lisa may have removed one of the TomTom signs in the restaurant and replaced it with a Pump sign.

“I looked at it the other night and I don’t think the TomTom sign is on anymore. It’s something I noticed the other night,” Peter said on The Sarah Fraser Program.

“She’s rebranding as Pump,” he added.

“When you enter that building, formerly known as TomTom, there is a gate and above it it says Pump.”

When asked if he thought Lisa was “getting rid of TomTom” to “rebrand it as Pump”, Peter replied: “Yes, I think so.”

“Is she buying their partnership?” Sara questioned Pedro.

“I thought she already did that,” he replied.

Peter also talked about Schwartz & Sandy’s, the restaurant both Tom’s opened in 2022.

The former VPR star said she “heard through the grapevine” that the lounge is now a “ghost town.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 Cast

Vanderpump Rules returned to Bravo for one of its most explosive seasons following the fallout from Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s relationship.

Returning cast members

  • Lisa Vanderpump returns as one of the original castmates and serves as the group’s mentor and confidant.
  • Ariana Madix returns hurt after her ex, Tom Sandoval, cheated on her.
  • James Kennedy has been expanding his DJ career and recently moved in with his girlfriend, Ally.
  • Katie Maloney is working hard to open her diner with Ariana as she navigates life post-divorce.
  • Lala Kent began an unexpected friendship with Tom Schwartz, which caused a rift between her and the rest of the girls.
  • Scheana Shay is living a married life with Brock and a son as they come out of their honeymoon period.
  • Tom Sandoval has been trying to work on himself and start repairing his broken relationships.
  • Tom Schwartz adopts a new appearance change as he receives blows for helping his friend Tom with his affair with Ariana.

New cast members

  • Ally Lewber is focusing on becoming an astronomer and trying to find friendships in the group after she and James embrace suburban life.
  • Brock Davies has been testing new dynamics as a family man

When it comes to the fate of VPR, Peter confirmed that none of the current cast members are attached to SUR anymore and said the reality show would be more authentic with the new cast members.

“There would be more authenticity if everyone still worked here or got a new cast,” he said.

NEW SEASON, NEW FACES?

After season 11 ended earlier this year, it was revealed that VPR would be taking a break from filming this summer to give the current cast time to reset.

While production typically begins filming in June, it is currently unclear when the Bravo series will return.

Earlier this summer, VPR showrunner Alex Baskin hinted that fans might see some new faces in season 12.

“I think all things are possible. There’s still a strong core there. So I could totally see some version of most of the cast returning and then some notable additions,” he revealed.

Lisa also hinted at a possible casting change during an appearance on Call her daddy podcast.

Host Alex Cooper asked Lisa if Vanderpump Rules would start over completely with new employees at SUR.

The reality star hinted that the idea had already been discussed and was a potential storyline for the future.

GOODBYE FROM PEDRO

While I was a guest at Bravo and Blaze podcast in March, SUR’s manager revealed that the network refused to pay him to film new episodes.

“I got a phone call that basically said, ‘We want you back, but we can’t pay you.’ That’s it,” he said.

“I was like, ‘Well, I’m not going back,’” Peter continued.

Peter seemed shocked by Bravo’s choice, saying he had been one of the show’s “biggest members” since its inception.

Season 11 premiered on January 30, following the fallout from “Scandoval” in the Season 10 finale.
