JOY-ANNA Duggar got honest with her followers in a new video.
She revealed that she is battling postpartum depression after welcoming her third child last May.

Joy-Anna, 26, shared a vlog to YouTube on Friday that chronicled his life recently.
While taking the car to be washed, she said she had a few minutes to talk, so she talked about a difficult time in her life.
“I thought I should just share the things I’m struggling with,” The Counting On alum said.
“This postpartum was much more difficult than my previous postpartums.”

Joy-Anna shared that with her last two children she felt like she had the normal baby blues and needed time to come back to herself.
However, she said that this postpartum period was different and that she has struggled with her emotional, mental and physical health.
Jim Bob’s daughter told her followers about the treatment she received.
GETTING HELP
Joy-Anna said she went to speak to the doctor when the situation worsened.
“She said, ‘I definitely think you’re struggling with postpartum depression,’” the former reality star admitted.
Joy-Anna then said her doctor did a full lab test and discovered she was low on vitamins.
She admitted that there were also some health issues that she needed to talk to her doctor about.
“There’s also the mental side of things that I’ve really struggled with and I’ve never had to struggle with anything like that,” shared Joy-Anna.
She said she shared this information with her followers because she feels open to talking about it and wants mothers who are struggling with postpartum depression to know they are not alone.
“I want you guys to know that I don’t always have a together life and I don’t always have a great day,” Joy-Anna said.

Joy-Anna and her husband, Austin Forsyth, welcomed their third child in May 2023.
The couple announced the news on Instagram and shared a photo of their son.
“He’s here! Thank you everyone for praying… Mom and baby are recovering well,” Joy-Anna captioned the publish.
The photo was of Joy-Anna in her hospital bed holding her son and Austin leaning next to her as they took a photo.
The couple also share two other children – Gideon and Evelyn.
Joy-Anna shared a photo on her Instagram Story of Gunner sleeping in her arms while kissing Austin.
She captioned the photo: “The sweetest moment ever.”
