Mommy Meanest is about a teenage girl who receives a barrage of degrading text messages from an anonymous number.

Lisa, 60, plays Madelyn, a worried divorced mother raising her daughter alone.

However, the concern may be false as the threats worsen and the daughter, Mia, played by Briana Skye, discovers that her attacker is her own mother.

Madelyn becomes jealous when Mia starts spending more time with her boyfriend and their close bond becomes looser.

She also can’t deal with her daughter leaving for college in a few months.

Then, Madelyn sends mean text messages that make her daughter lose confidence in herself and wonder why people hate her.

The Lifetime movie is based on a true story.

Mommy Meanest premieres on the channel on May 11th at 8/7c.

The film also stars Lisa’s daughter Delilah Hamlin, Bradley Stryker, Kyle Clark and Jason Tremblay.

TRUE EVENTS?

Reddit users posted the trailer on the platform and commented on how Lisa doesn’t need to act because the role isn’t too far from her real life.

“This looks good. She is a better actress than a reality TV star,” said one fan.

“Lisa, aka Hollywood’s biggest bully acting in a movie about bullying? Did the Onion produce this? I’m going to watch it because I like the things, but the irony is glaring”, asked another.

“Back in the wheelhouse,” added a third.

“She doesn’t even need to act…” joked another.

“This looks right up her alley,” said another.

REUNION RUMBLE

Lisa was considered a “bully” by Real Housewives when she was on the Bravo show.

In 2021, she and Dormit Kemsley were criticized for bullying Garcelle Beauvais on the reunion show.

Garcelle — the first black cast member to appear on the show — got into a heated argument with two of her rivals that she’s had to fight all season.

Dorit, 45, labeled Garcelle, 54, as a “bully,” which fans took issue with as she had never used that term with her other co-stars.

Many of them acted more outrageously than Garcelle.

Viewers also alleged that Dorit and Lisa had a derogatory attitude throughout the season, including calling Garcelle “aggressive.”

They also corrected the way she spoke and excluded her from her group of friends.

Their issues came to a head at the reunion, with Dorit being the first to lash out.

“You don’t say much when we’re together or to someone’s face, and then you say it passive aggressively in confessionals,” she said.

“First I say too much and then I don’t say enough. Like, I can’t win with you,” Garcell responded emotionally.

Host Andy Cohen intervened and questioned Dorit.

“You said you wanted her to be direct, but then you accused her of throwing darts,” he said.

Dorit looked exhausted and shouted back to Andy.

“I want her to be direct, I don’t want her to throw darts,” she said.

“Playing darts is not being direct, Andy. When you have a problem with someone, you look at them and say you have a problem.”

“You don’t make a passive-aggressive jab with a smile,” Dorit shot back.

Garcelle then brought up Dorit calling her a bully — which she later apologized for.

As soon as Garcelle revealed that she had accepted Dorit’s apology, Lisa sarcastically interrupted and said, “That’s cool.”

The Coming To America actress looked furious, shooting a glare at her rival before shouting: “Rinna, stop! We will get there. Like, wait girl,” she said of her unresolved issues.

An outraged Lisa shouted back: “Garcelle, I’ll do whatever you want. Don’t tell me to do anything, okay? Thanks.”
