REAL Housewives of Salt Lake City alum Monica Niki Garcia revealed on Instagram a heartbreaking event she is currently going through.
Monica always promised her fans that no matter what happened, she would always be open with them, regardless of whether she was dealing with a difficult situation or not.

On Sunday, the 39-year-old former TV personality took to Instagram to share two distressing photos that had a black and white filter over them.
The first photo of the carousel showed the reality star’s hand lying down.
Her hand touched the palm of her boyfriend, Braxton Knight, 29.
Only the outstretched arm with the hand attached to Monica was visible in the photo.
Next in the post was a full photo that captured Monica as she lay in a hospital bed.
She was looking at a video monitor as her doctor appeared to be performing an ultrasound.
The heartfelt caption to Monica’s post explained that she had sadly lost her baby.
The mother of four was expecting a fifth child, which would be her first with Braxton.
‘THERE WAS NO HEARTBEAT’
“One thing I promised myself when opening up my life to all of you was that I would do it as completely unapologetically and authentically raw as possible,” Monica explained.
“I would show you my life in every aspect, because that is what I agreed to do.”
She added: “Unfortunately, today I have to share a very painful aspect. ‘There’s no heartbeat’, I don’t have many words and I’m still processing all of this alone. changed.
I’m sending so much love to everyone dealing with miscarriages, fertility issues, pregnancy issues, if you have an angel baby, and everything in between.
I am so grateful for my amazing doctors and incredible support system.

Tons of fans offered their condolences on Monica’s post.
“I’m so sorry Queen, sending you strength and love at this difficult time,” one fan shared.
“Oh Monica! I’m so sorry! Those are some of the worst words to hear, I’ve heard them too. You’re not alone,” added another.

THE BIG REVELATION
Monica announced on the Viall File podcast in mid-April that she and Braxton were going to have a child together.
She admitted on the podcast that she was “on birth control” when she found out she was pregnant.
“I literally went to urgent care for something completely unrelated that I thought was wrong,” Monica revealed.
The former reality star continued, “The doctor came in and said, ‘You’re pregnant.’”
I [was] like, ‘I’m 39! Like, there’s no way. I’m on birth control, ‘I definitely shouldn’t be pregnant’.”
Monica and shares her four children: Bri, 18, Jaidyn, 13, West, 7, and Kendall, 6, with her ex-husband, Mike Fowler.
