BLAKE Shelton is rumored to make a surprise return to The Voice, US Sun can exclusively reveal.
The country music star left his position as a judge on The Voice after season 23 and his wife, Gwen Stefani, left after season 25.

“There are ways [Blake] could return,” a source exclusively told The US Sun.
“Blake may have said his time on the show is over, but he hasn’t closed the door for good,” the source said.
“He would return to the show if Gwen was also invited, and then they could enjoy working together again.
“[Blake] He’s reached a point in his life where he doesn’t want to be away from Gwen for long periods of time and, of course, he feels the experience was better with her by his side.

“He’s certainly aware that fans were more engaged with the show through social media when Gwen and Blake were together and throughout their journey from rival coaches to husband and wife.
“Everyone loves a comeback on these shows and no one would be bigger than these guys.
“Network executives also know this and will be aware of the return value of this partnership in terms of viewership and commercial opportunities,” the source said.
THE GANG IS BACK
The source added: “Blake also talked about his hopes to bring back the gang that started the show so well.
“He feels that Adam [Levine]CeeLo and Christina would be a cool way to promote the show.
“Realistically, it would probably take a large amount of money to get them all back, and this comes at a time when keeping costs down is a priority.
“However, if the network could bring in major sponsorship and endorsement deals, it could help make the [original] team putting together a possibility”, said the source.
The Voice arrived on NBC in April 2011, with Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green, Adam Levine and Blake as judges.
Season 25 will debut Dan + Shay as the competition show’s first judging duo.
Other returning judges will include Reba McEntire, John Legend and Chance the Rapper.

BETTER TOGETHER
Blake and Gwen will make a united public appearance when he is honored at the 27th annual Keep Memory Alive Power of Love® Gala at the MGM Garden Arena, Las Vegas, California, on May 10.
Sources revealed that Gwen is expected to attend and “maybe even perform on stage” at the event, which raises critical funds to benefit the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
Blake is scheduled to perform a 30-minute medley.
Other performers include Grammy winner Colbie Caillat, Emmy and Tony award-winning actress Kristin Chenoweth and country music singer-songwriter Jay Allen.

LOVE IN THE CHAIR
Blake and Gwen began dating in 2015 after meeting on the set of The Voice when they were both judges.
After a five-year relationship, the celebrity couple got engaged in 2020.
On July 3, 2021, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma.
In an interview with Nylon Earlier this month, Gwen reflected on some internal issues impacting her relationship.
“I was going through those moments where you wonder, ‘Oh my God, am I just getting old? Am I cute?’” Gwen told the publication.
“In my own relationship, even though I know the truth about what’s happening today, you still create drama in your mind about your insecurities and what could happen. I was in that phase of the relationship with Blake and becoming paranoid,” she revealed.
“It’s an insecurity that we both have,” Blake contributed.
“These are conversations she and I have with each other: ‘Will you still love me when I’m old or if I forget who I am?’” he said.
Gwen admitted that she “thinks too much” and that her insecurities are not always as serious as they seem.
“The truth is, I’m in love with my best friend, and all this shit I’m thinking in my brain, that’s just it — I’m thinking too much,” she concluded.
