JASON Duggar paid no attention to his father Jim Bob’s strict modesty rules and showed off his abs in a new shirtless mirror selfie.
The Counting On alum posted the photo from his sweat session to his Instagram Stories over the weekend.

In the photo, Jason, 23, was inside a gym wearing just shorts, sneakers and a baseball cap, showing off his fit figure.
His friend, who took the photo, stood next to him, also shirtless and joggers, as he captured his reflection in the mirror.
Racks with heavy weights and other equipment sat in the background as the pair prepared for their workout.
“Nothing stops us!!!!” the caption read.

The move was unconventional for a Duggar, as patriarch Jim Bob, 58, and matriarch Michelle, 57, banned their 19 children from dressing in revealing clothing.

However, Jason regularly toes the line when it comes to his family’s rules.
In February, Jason – the seventh son of the pack – was seen flirting with girls at the gym in a video shared to his Stories.
Shortly before, the former TLC star posted another selfie of him pursing his lips for the camera.
The photo was taken while Jason was on a European getaway with his brother James, 22, and their friends.
In addition to the sultry photo that his parents certainly wouldn’t approve of, he was also on vacation out of the country – another Jim Bob no-no.
Fans claimed the brothers ventured so far from their Arkansas home to take a break from their conservative parents’ strict rules.
“He takes time off from his parents, argues about the poor persecuted pest, and is ordered to hunt for eligible women to marry,” wrote one fan in an online thread dedicated to the famous family.
“Right now, Jim Bob is probably encouraging them to find girls who come with family money or good parental connections whenever possible,” they added.
Jason has documented much of his travels on social media, including pub visits and hiking on top of a dormant tank in Austria.

Back then, the former TV star wore short black athletic shorts, a matching Underarmour t-shirt and sneakers.
He also shared a video of him lifting heavy weights on an exercise machine.

Fans familiar with Jim Bob’s dress code were surprised by the photo and said as much in another online thread.
“Damn, it’s really weird to see a Duggar nipple. If it was any other guy, I wouldn’t think twice,” said one user.
“He looks so shy in this photo. Like he’s not sure about showing so much skin and what people will think when he posts it,” added another.
“Remember when the Duggar boys had to wear jeans to run a mile-long race because the shorts were immodest? Checkmate, JB!” wrote a third.
