DANCING With the Stars’ Gleb Savchenko revealed which Vanderpump Rules star should join the show after shading Scheana Shay in an exclusive interview with The US Sun.
The celebrities joining DWTS Season 33 have yet to be announced, but Gleb, 40, is sharing who he would choose.
When asked who from Vanderpump Rules should be next on the dance competition, Gleb’s response was unexpected.
“Ken [Todd]. Ken, Lisa’s husband,” he exclusively told The US Sun after performing Chippendales in Las Vegas on April 28.
The Russia native explained his choice of the 78-year-old restaurateur who makes rare appearances on the Bravo show.
“He would be great. Because she did it, his wife did it and now it’s Ken’s turn,” he argued.

The US Sun then asked who would be a good partner for Ken and Gleb replied: “Emma”, referring to Emma Slater, 35.
Ken’s wife, Lisa Vanderpump, was actually Gleb’s celebrity partner more than a decade ago, in season 16, when she unforgettably “passed out” during a rehearsal.
“I remember when I danced with her, we went out a lot and I went to the restaurant where everyone worked,” he recalled.
He also got close to the VPR cast at the time and shared that he choreographed Scheana Shay’s first dance when she married her ex-husband, Mike Shay.
“I remember it wasn’t easy,” revealed Gleb when reflecting on the work at the ball that took place in 2014.
“I’m not badmouthing her. I think Scheana is amazing. I really like her. She’s an amazing girl and everything.
“But as my memory calls it, I didn’t think she had much dancing experience. That’s what I’m trying to say,” he continued.
MAKING THE SHOW
Last season, Scheana’s co-star Ariana Madix was released on DWTS and ended up taking third place together with his partner Pasha Pashkov.
Ariana’s casting was mentioned this season of Vanderpump Rules after Scheana confessed to Lisa that she was practicing for the role and it was a “punch in the gut” when she learned that Ariana scored.
In a previous interview, Gleb admitted that he was happy that Ariana was chosen for season 32 over Scheana because he didn’t think Summer Moon’s mother would have lasted as long as she did.

“If you want to be on Dancing With the Stars and you feel like you have enough celebrity power to be on a show, whoever it is — it’s not just Scheana or anyone else — you should start taking classes.
“People think, ‘Oh yeah, let’s relax for a few hours at the dance studio. I’m going to go out with this cute guy who has a Russian accent and he’ll be smiling’.” He explained.
EXCUSES THAT GOT WRONG
After the professional dancer commented on Scheana’s dancing skills, the podcast host retaliated and told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that his comments were “very rude and unnecessary.”
“It’s okay, I wouldn’t want him as my partner anyway,” she said while admitting that she would like to be paired with pro Alan Bersten.
Gleb has since stated that he tried to contact her via Instagram to apologize.
“I like Scheana… and I didn’t actually mean to be mean, I just said a few things.
“I actually wrote to her and apologized,” he told The US Sun.
“I said, ‘Listen, I didn’t mean to upset you in any way.’ But Dancing With the Stars is difficult. It’s not an easy gig.”
He continued, “I texted her. She didn’t respond.”
The father of two then had the chance to apologize to her in person after meeting her at Coachella, but was reportedly rebuffed.
“I saw her at Coachella and what happened?
“She just did it,” he said as he motioned for her to lower her head.
“She saw me and just walked away. But it’s okay. Listen, I don’t care, really. Who cares?”
Both Scheana and Gleb posted photos of themselves at Coachella while attending the first weekend of April 12-14.
When reached for comment at the time, Scheana’s rep told The US Sun that she was “not avoiding” Gleb at Coachella and had “no idea he was there.”
“She also didn’t see his attempt to contact her via DM, but Gleb has her phone number and could have called, texted or addressed the issue publicly if he truly felt his previous words were misrepresented,” stated his representative.
Gleb is the celebrity host of Chippendales at the Rio Hotel & Casino for a limited engagement until May 12th.
He will then briefly meet with the group of men in Atlantic City, New Jersey, July 18-21.
