In addition to the old house, built in 1873, the History Channel star currently resides in her $1 million home in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee.

On Wednesday, Mike shared some photos on his Instagram Stories to document the work being done on the brick home.

The first photo showed several construction workers standing on ladders leaning against the walls as they began work on the home’s front porch addition.

“First day of something badass on West 6th,” the American Pickers star wrote.

The following upload showed a better view of the wood paneling that was being added, which stood out at the front of the mansion.

“This balcony has been missing from this house for decades,” he revealed in the text above the photo.

Mike also shared a throwback photo of the house, which once had a porch and awning.

“Making it happen in Columbia’s historic district,” he added.

US Sun exclusively revealed that Mike originally purchased the 3,166-square-foot home on May 20, 2022.

The property is conveniently just minutes from its many Columbia businesses, including its Columbia Motor Alley store.

The house has three bathrooms and a basement, as well as a wooden deck, cabin, detached garage, porch and other amenities.

MORE DETAILS OF THE MANSION

On Tuesday, Mike shared more photos on his Instagram profile to give fans an insight into their renovation project.

The first photo showed the building’s living room, which had dark wood floors and a large patterned rug in the center.

The room was completed with floor-to-ceiling windows, a chandelier, two leather chairs, a sofa, a dresser, and a coffee table.

Mike Wolfe Business

Mike Wolfe has created a business empire with real estate, antique stores and more.

The second slide of the carousel showed an architectural drawing of the exterior of the house before renovations.

The last photo gave the modern view of the house, which did not include the original spire or porch.

“Morning light on the Columbia Tn Italianate project. Working from original photos of the house…Dome and porch portion have begun,” Mike captioned the post.

“The gentleman who built this house in 1873 was deeply involved in astrology. It was said that he only burned bricks when he felt the moon and stars were aligned for him to begin.

“This house has a beautiful energy, perhaps for that reason”, he concluded.

MIKE’S EMPIRE

Mike has achieved quite a real estate profile since entering the public eye.

He purchased his home in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee for $1,050,000 in 2020 after separating from his ex-wife Jodi Faeth.

The 3,153-square-foot home contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It also has an individual garage for collectors to store their antiques.

In 2004, Mike purchased a 3,168-square-foot home in Le Claire, Iowa, where he stays during visits to his hometown.

The house is a two-story duplex, with an apartment on the second floor and The Shameless Chocoholic business occupying the first.

The reality TV star has also created a business empire that includes antique stores and real estate investments.

Mike currently owns two ancient archeology shops: one in Le Claire, Iowa, and one in Nashville, Tennessee.

He launched his own renovation and restoration company, MRW Properties, as well as his own production company, Mossy Pointe, INC.

Mike has also been busy helping his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, with the recent opening of her new coffee shop in Kentucky.

BACK

Mike’s latest update comes as the crew returns to filming American Pickers.

Mike’s brother Robbie Wolfe and Jersey Jon shared a behind-the-scenes post last week confirming that new episodes were on the way.

Mike’s brother Robbie replaced Frank Fritz, 58, after the host was fired in July 2021 due to health issues.

The show also stars OG host Danielle Colby, 48.

“Filming all the new American Pickers shows. I hope your spring and summer are a success, Jersey John at home,” said Robbie.

The photo showed Robbie and Jon posing in a garage surrounded by production equipment.

The news comes after American Pickers dealt with roller-coaster ratings during its most recent season following record-breaking viewership for its December debut.
