On the season 14 premiere of RHONJ, Brittany was dragged into the spotlight after John, 36, and Teresa Giudice, 51, argued over the OG’s claims that he “was the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County.”

Teresa screamed that her alleged drug past is “out there on social media,” but John claimed she was “talking to a drug dealer in fucking prison,” referring to his ex, Brittany.

Five days after the May 5 premiere, The US Sun can exclusively reveal that John’s baby mama – the mother of John’s 17-year-old son Jaiden – was released from a halfway house on Friday, May 10th.

An eyewitness revealed that she left at around 9:30 am.

In exclusive photos obtained by The US Sun, Jaiden’s mother was seen smiling as she left a halfway house holding her belongings.

The red-haired attacker wore black leggings, a blue t-shirt and a black sweater while carrying an inflatable jacket and an envelope.

She also rocked black and white Air Jordans and a box-shaped bag.

She was accompanied by a male companion, who appeared to have visited her before, according to the eyewitness.

He helped her carry several trash bags, probably full of her belongings, as they got into the car and drove away.

Brittany is serving her sentence at the Garrett House in Camden, New Jersey, which is a halfway house for female offenders.

The 42-bed residential community release program offers “gender-sensitive intervention and support for women who are within 24 months of parole eligibility,” according to the website.

It’s unclear when she entered, as she was in another halfway house before, but Garrett House residents begin “job readiness training, trauma-informed care, and substance abuse treatment” about 60 days before entering in the business market.

Her maximum release date was initially October 24, 2024, but it appears she was able to leave early due to good behavior.

When reached for comment on May 6, Brittany told The US Sun that she “can’t talk” until she is released and has a “lot of things to do” once she gets out, including getting a personal cell phone.

This time last year, she revealed that she has plans to hire a lawyer once she gets out of prison, after Rachel, 33, legally became Jaiden’s mother in May 2023.

“When I leave here, I will have to look for a lawyer because [John] won’t let me see him,” Brittany told The US Sun in April 2023.

As part of the newbie story, Rachel and John met with an adoption counselor to take the necessary steps to adopt Jaiden.

Brittany criticized the couple for using Jaiden’s adoption as a “pathetic, plot-poor excuse” as she claimed she “never heard anything about” terminating her rights as Jaiden’s mother.

She also said she has “no idea” where the papers were served and did not sign them when The US Sun spoke to her.

John and Rachel did not comment when The US Sun contacted their representative at the time.

PROBLEMS WITH THE LAW

Brittany has an extensive criminal record over the past six years, which was around the same time she last saw her son, she told The US Sun in a previous interview.

As previously reported, she was charged with robbery, entering a structure, laundering $250,000 in cash and first-degree possession with intent to distribute crystal methamphetamine.

Brittany said she was found guilty by association in the robbery case, which involved stealing valuable items from a storage unit.

After being in and out of prison since June 2018, she last turned herself in at the Millicent Fenwick House in Paterson, NJ on December 22, 2022.

The 50 Women Institute has a residential community release program for incarcerated women with substance abuse and mental health issues.

She has since been moved to Garrett House.

LOSING CUSTODY

Brittany and John dated for four years and were engaged for two before splitting in 2009, she said.

Court documents obtained exclusively by The US Sun revealed that Rachel’s husband, John, initially asked for custody years before he was granted sole custody.

He filed to dismiss the first case in October 2008, citing reconciliation with Brittany, but refiled years later.

The Fuda Tile manager was officially granted sole custody of Jaiden in June 2011, as revealed in court documents.

John met his now-wife Rachel around 2015 and they married in January 2017. They have since welcomed daughters Gianella, three, and Giuliana, two.

When I leave here, I will have to look for a lawyer because [John] won’t let me see him.

RUMORS

As teased in the S14 trailer, “Team Melissa” – Melissa Gorga, Rachel and Margaret Josephs firmly maintain that Luis “Louie” Ruelas, Teresa’s husband, hired a private investigator, Bo Dietl, which he denied.

A source told The US Sun that the Fudas – Rachel and her husband John – “aren’t backing down” this season and “continue to accuse Louie” of investigating them.

As Bravo fans remember, the drama was brought to a head during the Season 13 reunion when John brought out a folder of “receipts” and claimed that Louie was behind his ex speaking to The US Sun.

However, Brittany at the time confessed, “This whole accusation of Luis contacting me is completely absurd!

“It just shows how delusional these people are. I have never, ever been contacted by Luis or his people.”

As reported, the charges were brought to court in February 2024, when attorney Kevin S. Johnson and his firm, Johnson Litigation Group, filed a lawsuit against Luis, Bo and their attorneys, accusing them of violating Federal Law Wiretap Control, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and the New Jersey Wiretap Control and Electronic Surveillance Act.

The US Sun reported last month that Luis filed a counterclaim, accusing Louie’s ex, who is not listed as a party in the lawsuit, of “leaking information” for RHONJ stars to use against him.

The lawsuit is still ongoing as both parties continue to battle.

New episodes of RHONJ air every Sunday at 8pm ET/PT on Bravo.
