REAL Housewives of New Jersey’s Frank Catania shared his thoughts on the Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga feud in an exclusive interview with The US Sun.
On the season 14 premiere of RHONJ, fans watched rivals Teresa, 51, and Melissa, 45, avoid each other at Jennifer Fessler’s surprise birthday party and didn’t speak or say a word to each other.

The US Sun spoke with Frank Catania, Dolores Catania’s ex-husband, who talked about what it was like filming with his estranged sisters-in-law and what he predicts will happen in the future.
“It’s a shame because me and Brittany [Mattessich] and Dolores and Paulie [Connell] are in the middle. We are in the middle where we get along with everyone.
“But unfortunately, there are certain people who can’t be in a room together,” shared Frank, 59, while promoting his new cannabis dispensaries in Somerset and Union, New Jersey.
He then revealed how he deals with filming with people who are on different teams.
“I’m really tense and I realize that when filming Housewives you definitely need something to relieve the stress,” Frank said.
“I’d like everyone else on the show to enjoy a little [cannabis] and then maybe we can all get along and be happy,” he revealed.
“I think last year our highest-rated episode was [when] we had a guys night out where we all got stoned. That’s because it’s fun.
“It’s not like drinking. You drink, you fight, everyone gets upset. When you get high, everyone’s happy.”
ANOTHER SEASON?
It’s unclear at this time how the cast will move forward with filming another season.
Andy Cohen recently made comments about how “it’s not a sustainable universe to have two camps on the show,” referring to “Team Teresa” and “Team Melissa.”
When speaking with Melissa at an event following her comments, she agreed with the Bravo producer and told The US Sun that the “change in dynamics and friendships” this season is “pretty shocking.”
Meanwhile, Frank, who is friends with Melissa and her husband Joe Gorga, and Teresa and her husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas, said the girls are “never going to get along” when season 15 begins filming.
“I have to be honest with you, unfortunately, I don’t see any change,” Frank shared.
“I would like there to be a change. And people come up to me all the time, ‘Oh my God, is this real?’ And I say, ‘Unfortunately, it’s real,'” he said.
“I would like them to get along, but my opinion is that if the show is here, they will never get along.
“As long as the show is here, they’ll never get along.”
Frank revealed that his and fiancée Brittany’s upcoming wedding could bring Teresa and Melissa together once again.
Teresa’s wedding in August 2022 led to the ongoing feud.
“We’re getting married in Captiva [in Florida]. It happens to be around the same time as the end of filming this year,” he joked, referring to the season 14 reunion.
“And it might be the only place the entire cast will go, because Dolores and I are in the middle. So we’ll see what happens.”
The “low-key wedding,” which will be on the beach, can and “may be filmed,” but, according to Frank, “we never know what Bravo wants to do.”
TOLD EVERYTHING
On the RHONJ premiere on May 5, Melissa said in a confessional, “I really don’t want to answer any questions about Teresa this year.”
Later, when asked how she felt about being in the same room as her husband’s sister at Fessler’s party, she commented, “I don’t feel anything.”
Meanwhile, Teresa spoke about Melissa in an interview with The conversationwhich took place in Los Angeles on May 7th.
“After what they did after my wedding. I tried to make my wedding all about them. That was the last straw. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back,” she told the hosts from The Talk.
“I understand if a stranger goes against me – and that’s okay because you expect that from a stranger – but when a member of your family deliberately hurts you, that’s on a whole other level.”
When asked if there was any chance of reconciliation, she responded “no” and said she receives “signs” from her late parents that she is “on the right path.”
Jerry O’Connell then asked how they filmed a TV show, in which the mother of four confessed, “We just don’t talk.”
“At certain events, everyone was talking [and] As soon as I join the group, it’s so funny how Margaret and the person you just mentioned scatter,” she explained, referring to “Team Melissa.”
“They spread out as soon as I joined the group. I went in and they were spreading like cockroaches.”
