REAL Housewives of New York City’s Erin Dana Lichy shared an update on her marriage to husband Abe in an exclusive interview with The US Sun.
Erin, 36, and Abe, 41, are celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary in June after surviving the first season of their marriage being filmed for the RHONY reboot.

When asked if her marriage has grown since season 14 of RHONY, the TV personality clarified the “reality” of her relationship.
“I think there’s a real misconception about what weddings should be like. Marriages are like any other friendship or relationship and have ups and downs,” she told The US Sun in a new interview.
“I love my husband to death. Anyone who really knows me knows how much I love him, but I also want to kill him.
“And I’m going to normalize that because that’s just reality.”
She went on to say that she has a therapist stepping in when things get worse.
“When I particularly want to kill him, we call a therapist and then we get [him/her] involved,” she continued.
“Otherwise, we just have a glass of Mezcalum and things get better.”
Erin celebrated the launch of her and Abe’s new craft mezcal, Mezcalum on May 7 at Casa Carmen in Tribeca, along with her husband, co-stars and close friends.
“We officially launched three months ago, but we honestly thought about it at the beach,” Erin said, explaining how the Mezcalum concept came about.
“We thought, ‘We want to bring mezcal to America in a real way and not so ritualistic and feeling separate from everyone else.’ And we feel like we’ve broadened our horizons and we’re really excited about that.”
‘LOSING MY MIND’
Bravo has confirmed that Erin will join her castmates Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield for the 15th season of Housewives.
A source said Deadline designer Rebecca Minkoff is also filming with the women for the new season in an unspecified role.
The seven women from town are reportedly in the middle of filming their second season as the new cast of RHONY after the OG cast was fired.
In addition to filming, Erin recently left Douglas Elliman and joined Compass to start the Erin + Alex team with Alexandra Hedaya to focus on real estate in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Hamptons.

She also runs a new interior design studio called Homegirl and is a working mom raising her and Abe’s three children: Levi, nine, Layla, seven, and Elijah, four.
“I’m going crazy,” Erin told The US Sun after being asked how she manages it all.
Despite her busy schedule, she said she “feels good” and is “excited about everything” to come.
She even praises her new apartment, where she has lived since September 2023.
TMZ reported earlier this year that the couple of 11 years were sued by their previous landlord for not paying $44,000 in rent.
However, it appeared to be a misunderstanding as Erin and Abe were “shocked” by the process as there was a reduction agreement that two months’ rent would be withheld due to unsanitary issues and a non-working elevator. .
Nothing new has been presented in court since the case began in January, The US Sun can confirm.

It is unknown how Abe and Erin will celebrate their wedding anniversary next month.
However, last year, the interior designer captioned a selfie of them together on a trip to Turks and Caicos: “11 years of marriage and you still give me butterflies. I love you, I love you, I love you.” “
In an interview with Hoje.com which was released in February, Erin opened up about how filming affected her marriage.
“We felt strong in our marriage for a long time, but things happened during the season that were difficult for us. I think it was difficult for Abe,” she said.
“There was that scene where we had dinner and he said, ‘I would have sex with other women’ (as an answer to the rhetorical question: ‘If your wife didn’t have sex with you for a year and a half, what would happen?’).
“At that moment, it was so silly and funny and stupid. Then when it aired, he was so upset that he actually went through with it.”
She continued: “He said, ‘All these people are saying I would cheat on you.’ I could see how these moments could really plant seeds to destroy a marriage.
“Every relationship has ups and downs, but we reserve a lot of time for ourselves, not even for our children.
“It seems so simple, but it gets really hard when you’re busy with work and kids and everything else. But it makes the biggest difference.”
