90 DAY Fiance’s Ed “Big Ed” Brown lost about 20 pounds and revealed his weight loss plan.

Big Ed, 58, has made a huge lifestyle change since his split from his ex-fiancée Liz Woods, 31.

The 90 Day Fiance star argued with Us weekly how he planned to lose more weight.

“I want to get rid of the dad bod by summer,” the Happily Ever After notable shared.

“My goal is another 18 years, which I know is a little difficult, but it requires a lot of discipline and change.”

Although the TLC star has “lost 40 pounds,” the physical transformation has also come with its own set of challenges.

“What I went through in the last two months was changing the way I eat, changing my routine and exercising every day,” he admitted.

“You have to be disciplined no matter how you feel.”

“Drag yourself to the gym and sometimes it’s really hard to get there.”

“But when I leave the gym, I’m really glad I left,” Ed concluded.

The weight loss journey came after Ed and Liz split on camera.

‘STOP BEING A BABY’

In mid-April, Liz revealed that their relationship ended after a heated argument in front of Ed’s family.

Ed prepared a spicy taco and pasta dinner, which made Riley, Liz’s youngest daughter, feel bad.

Liz was upset when Ed told Riley to “stop being a baby.”

“I didn’t like that and questioned him, so he attacked me back, saying, ‘Look at you! You’re crazy,’” she said.

“With this outburst, it’s not like Ed tried to talk me out of it or anything.”

“It’s just that Ed doesn’t like being cornered into hearing how he messes up,” Liz concluded.

The next day, Ed and Liz broke up for the fifteenth time.

TURNING OFF

This split was different because Liz was told their wedding was off.

She received a text message from the officiant apologizing for canceling the wedding.

“Ed canceled our wedding without even telling me,” Liz shouted.

The former couple had been engaged since November 2021.

The TV personality was previously engaged to his ex-fiancee, Rose Vega.
