The US Sun obtained exclusive photos of the renovated vacation rental located across the street from his Antique Archeology store.

Mike purchased the 2,142-square-foot building for $300,000 in December 2021.

The two-story building was built in 1880 and has three bedrooms, a basement, a fireplace and more amenities.

Exclusive photos obtained by The US Sun show the renovations Mike made to the home, including painting the previous building a dark green off-white with black accents.

There is a wooden porch in the backyard with a modern black steel railing.

There is also a newly installed stone fire pit that still has plastic wrap around it.

But the most impressive feature of the rental is the view of the Mississippi River.

Mike has been updating fans about the renovation process on Instagram.

In January, he posted a photo of the home’s entryway, showing off dark wood floors and a modern chandelier.

He captioned the post: “Tightening up some details at Two Lanes Guest House in Leclaire Iowa. Next comes the really fun part of furnishing this place. Stay tuned!”

RIGHT CHOICES!

In addition to the prosperity of Mike’s real estate empire, the star has recent good news for the future of American Pickers.

The US Sun has learned that Mike has signed on for three more seasons of the History Channel show.

“They’re filming, they just got back from Louisiana,” a source exclusively told The US Sun.

“They are filming for season 26 and have signed on for another three years,” the show source said.

The producers are ready to maintain the momentum of the show despite the 25th season witnessing inconsistent ratings.

American Pickers has been on the air since January 2010, but the source confirms that Mike is ready to continue.

Mike stars on the show alongside his brother Robbie Wolfe, 57, Danielle Colby, 48, and Jon Szalay, 60, aka Jersey Jon.
