VANDERPUMP Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, the legal battle is progressing as they have both asked to go to trial, The US Sun can exclusively reveal.
Grande, 38, sued her ex-boyfriend Tom, 40, earlier this year to force the sale of their $2 million Los Angeles home.

In new court documents obtained exclusively by The US Sun, the Vanderpump Rules stars have decided to continue their months-long battle, and neither party has backed down.
Ariana and Tom filed separate case management statements on May 17, ahead of the conference scheduled for June.
In both lawsuits, each demanded a non-jury trial, claiming the dispute would take one to two days to resolve in court.
Ariana reiterated that “discord exists” between them, which has resulted in a “negative effect on the ownership of the Property” and the “enjoyment of their interest in the Property.”

However, the Single AF Cocktails author noted that she intends to file a motion for interlocutory summary judgment, presumably hoping the fight will be resolved before trial.
The interlocutory decision implies a court decision made before the trial.
She also said she might file a motion or motions to compel Tom’s responses to discovery in writing, which he noted she would file, along with the depositions, by December 10, 2024.
The singer of Tom Sandoval And The Most Extras, in turn, acknowledged in his statement that “discord exists” too.
He informed the court that he was “seeking an accounting” before any sale and/or purchase of his interest in the property.
Without elaborating, Tom and Ariana informed the court that they “met and talked,” but the circumstances of their most recent argument are unclear.
To date, no mediation session has been scheduled, nor has a settlement conference been scheduled.
DON’T PLAY
Ariana sought the court’s assistance in determining the equitable allocation of the proceeds from the sale of a division to the sale of her previously shared home in Los Angeles.
She is also asking for payment of the debt involved in the partition costs, including reasonable attorney fees and title expenses.
Tom filed his response on February 23, claiming that partition by sale of the property should not be granted.
He claimed that Ariana “did not act reasonably and in good faith” in filing the lawsuit against him.
He previously told the cameras that he hoped they could reach a “reasonable agreement” and that they could “figure out the problem without any kind of judgment.”
In a Bravo After Show, he stated that he “paid the house bills for the last nine months” and that Ariana “doesn’t clean” and doesn’t change the paper towel roll, empty the dishwasher or even water the plants.

However, Ariana argued that she “paid for most of the things” in the house and even asked the interior designer they worked with, Lucinda Pace, to help calculate how much each item was worth.
When it came time to film the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 reunion, Grande refused to mention the legal battle since she couldn’t discuss legal issues on TV.
MOVING
Two months after filing a lawsuit, Ariana purchased a new home for $1.6 million — a three-bedroom, two-bathroom mansion.
Her residence is located just over ten kilometers away from the house she shared with her boyfriend nine years ago.
The US Sun reported that the Love Island host took out an $800,000 loan from a mortgage company.
During the April 30 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Grande revealed that she’s living in her new house, but said it’s actually “empty” at the moment.
She also said she has no immediate plans to settle in New York City, where her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, lives.
She’s also preparing for the opening of her and her friend Katie Maloney’s diner, Something About Her, and then will return to the Broadway play Chicago as Roxie Hart this summer.
Tom, meanwhile, is touring the country with his band as the cast is on break as the upcoming season has been paused.
