Mike, 59, is the proud owner of a $5 million real estate empire, including several buildings in Tennessee.

He showed your hard work after a night out with her pre-teen daughter, Charlie, to see the quaint town on Memorial Day.

One photo captured a two-story brick building where Mike spent $115,000 in December 2010, housing the vintage clothing store, Emily Found It, on the first floor.

Three years later, the TV personality purchased the land next door, which is being leased by One Twenty Nine Coffee & Spirits.

Another is a multi-level duplex, with the first floor occupied by The Shameless Chocoholic company, and the upstairs an apartment.

The US Sun previously reported that Mike bought the 3,168-square-foot building for $180,000 in 2004, which also has a basement, two garages and a back patio with a wooden deck.

Although Mike didn’t take photos, he also owns another commercial property in the neighborhood, which he uses for his famous Ancient Archeology store.

He bought the property in September 2011 for $97,000 and a few years later spent another $23,000 on the land next door to expand the store.

Mike wrote a long caption bragging about his projects and being able to revitalize the community.

Fans praised the father of one in the comments, with one writing: “Absolutely beautiful. Great job, Mike.”

Another added: “I love a small, thriving town!”

They only refer to the numerous properties Mike owns in Columbia, Nashville, and Franklin, Tennessee.

Mike recently returned home after filming for American Pickers in Louisiana, according to a source who spoke to The US Sun in early May.

“They are filming for season 26 and have signed on for another three years,” the source revealed.

Mike Wolfe Business

Mike Wolfe has created a business empire with real estate, antique stores and more.

Mike stars in American Pickers alongside his brother Robbie, 63, Danielle Colby, 48, and Jon “Jersey Jon” Szalay, 60.

The long-running show has faced a lot of ups and downs lately with its fluctuating ratings despite being renewed for three more seasons.

It even went off air for a brief period due to inconsistent viewership.

The series had a major cast change in 2020 when Frank Fritz, 58, was fired and Robbie took over.

Jerzey Jon recently joined the cast, but it’s unknown if the History Channel show will continue beyond the three-year renewal.

In September, a close friend of Mike’s told The US Sun that the American Pickers frontman and his brother were considering retirement.
