On Tuesday, the Vanderpump Rules reunion special showcased never-before-seen footage, including a steamy on-mic moment with Grande’s ex Tom, 40.
“It felt very targeted towards me,” she said during the podcast.
“It felt like, ‘Well, we’ve got her trapped in this room now.’
“We didn’t get what we wanted, like — some kind of crying, whatever it is,” Ariana continued.
“We can’t break her real life (in real life), right now, so we’re going to retaliate by doing it right now, in a place where she’s contractually obligated to be here and try to force this moment right now. ‘”
“And it was like, great, I cried. Are you guys happy now?” Ariana closed.
In March 2023, Ariana split from Tom after discovering his cheating ways.
Tom hooked up with former VPR co-star Rachel Leviss for several months behind Ariana’s back.

And now, in a online topic on X, previously on Twitter, viewers compared Bravo’s treatment of Ariana to MTV’s recent reunion between exes Ronnie Ortiz-Margo and Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola.
The on-again, off-again couple who dated during Season 1 of Jersey Shore and later broke up during the January 2010 reunion episode while on live cameras.
“[MTV] brought Ron back, but didn’t force Sammi (who hasn’t been on the show or in contact with Ron for a decade) to have interactions with Ron AT ALL. They prioritize respecting her limits”, highlighted a fan.
“The Jersey Shore cast didn’t do Sammi’s movie with Ron. They respected her boundaries. The Pump Rules cast should take note, in my opinion,” noted a second fan.
“The Jersey Shore people really love someone else, like they really respect and love Sam, so they would never pressure her into doing something that would ruin her peace,” mentioned a third fan.

During the edit, Ronnie reunited with his former roommates and his ex-girlfriend, Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola.
The meeting turned awkward when Ron hugged every girl in the room except Samim.
He would eventually recognize her during the episode.
