AMERICAN Pickers star Frank Fritz’s Illinois antique store has made some expensive sales, US Sun can exclusively reveal.
While Frank, 60, was away from Frank Fritz Finds while recovering from a serious stroke, sales fell.
The US Sun can exclusively report that Frank’s modest store marked some items as sold.
One of Frank’s recent sales included a pair of ornate gold lamp bases.
Detailed scenes were engraved on the sides.
He sold a second pair of antique lamp bases, but they were simpler.
Both had a solid teal base.
Frank also sold a wooden bed frame.
It was minimalist and had a simple design drawn in the center of the foot of the bed.
Lastly, he sold a pair of vintage champagne glasses.
They were transparent, had a wide border at the top and a wide black stripe dividing the stem and the glass.
The sales mean better business for Frank because The US Sun reported he had an income of $25,000 in 2023, putting the store’s future in jeopardy.
BAD FOR BUSINESS
Before Frank made these recent sales, The US Sun reported that the location was “empty” in 2023.
“There wasn’t a single new item in the store,” said a source.
“An employee told me that new antiques arrive ‘literally never,’” the source reported.
Plus, Frank Fritz Finds has seen better days with its interior design.
MEET THE CAST OF AMERICAN PICKERS

American Pickers has had some cast changes, but the current season finds Mike Wolfe, Robbie Wolfe, Jon Szalay and Danielle Colby scouring the country for rare antiques. Frank Fritz left the show in March 2020.
Mike Lobo
Mike, an Iowa native, has been with the show since its launch in 2010. The star originally started the show with his friend Frank Fritz, who left suddenly in 2021 amid a feud with Mike.
Mike has a collection of business ventures outside of the show and also spends a lot of time with his model girlfriend Leticia Cline.
ROBBIE LOBO
Mike’s brother, Robbie, has joined the program on many antique hunts since Frank’s departure.
Just like Mike, Robbie has an antique store to run when he’s not on screen.
JON SZALAY
‘Jersey Jon’ only became a full cast member in December 2023, but has a lot of history with the Wolfe brothers.
According to his History Channel bio, the newcomer is a “longtime friend of Mike Wolfe.”
DANIELLE COLBY
Danielle appeared on screen with the team when the show began in 2010, becoming known as the charismatic store manager.
When ‘the Rust Queen’ isn’t hunting for antiques, she can often be found sharing raunchy burlesque videos on social media and putting on shows across the country.
The US Sun obtained photos of the store that documented holes in the uneven floorboards, peeling paint on the walls and ceilings, and even dead insects inside the glass cases.
IN THE MENDO
Frank has struggled to keep the business afloat as he has been in and out of rehab since September 6, 2022, when he was released from the hospital after suffering a stroke on July 14, 2022.
On August 18, 2022, his friends filed an emergency appointment as the star’s temporary guardian and conservator.
They were concerned that their health was deteriorating rapidly, which was hampering their decision-making regarding their finances.
However, Frank is recovering and is taking time to recover.
“He’s not exaggerating and trying to prove anything to himself,” a source revealed.
“[Frank is] honoring what needs to be now [and] I hope he recovers,” said the source.
“I have faith,” Frank’s friend concluded optimistically.
