FANS of The Voice have predicted two popular coaches will not return to the show.
The Voice recently announced its new cast, including the return of Adam Levine, 45.

However, fans quickly wondered if Blake Shelton, 47, and Kelly Clarkson, 42, could return.
Blake left the show in 2023 after 23 seasons, while Kelly was on the show from seasons 14 to 21 and again in season 23.
Despite both coaches being very popular, fans didn’t think they would return to the show like Adam, who left after season 16.
“Could the others come back?? So S26 is on the way and the coaches for S27 have just been announced and I’m so excited! Kelsea will be a coach I’ve been thinking about for a while and Adam is coming back!!
“Which makes me wonder if Blake could come back if he really wanted to, or Ariana or Kelly!? What do you guys think?” wrote the original poster, also questioning the return of pop music star Ariana Grande.
“Kelly and Blake aren’t getting back together because they don’t want to, they’ve said that many times in interviews while Adam hasn’t really commented since 2020,” one person stated.
“Kelly started a new life in New York by changing her talk show and family there. Blake is made another way, perhaps as a counselor…” said a second social media user.
“Yes, he said the only reason he would come back was to mentor Gwen,” agreed a third fan of the television show, referring to Blake’s wife, Gwen Stefani.
“Blake is done for good. And to be honest, him coming back after a huge goodbye to him would be tacky,” wrote a fourth.
“Blake said he would come back for a one-off if they got the 4 OG coaches back together, but other than that Blake doesn’t really have a reason to come back, he’s already had an impressive 23 season run,” one final fan surmised.
CAST CONFUSION
On Wednesday, The Voice announced the full cast for its upcoming fall season, along with next season 27 of the year.
Adam will join the 27th season, having dropped out after the 16th season.
Joining him will be country music star Kelsea Ballerini, who has only had brief roles on the show before.
However, fans were concerned about the casting, considering that season 26 already has a full panel.
The Voice Season 27 Coaches
The Voice has gone through many coaches in its various seasons. Some stay for a while, while others only stay for a season. Here’s who will coach the 27th season in 2025.
Adam Levine – Seasons 1 to 16, 27
John Legend – 16 to 22, 24 to 25, 27
Kelsea Ballerini – 15, comeback phase, 20, 27
Michael Bublé – 26 and 27
Snoop Dogg and Reba McEntire will join Michael Buble and Gwen Stefani in the upcoming season.
Fans were quick to wonder if some of them would have to leave to make room for Adam and Kelsea.
Many thought this could mean a completely new cast for season 27.
“Well, season 26 is coming and it will feature Reba, Gwen, Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg. Adam is talking about season 27, the one that comes after the next one, so there’s still time to embark on Adam season. Oh please make it happen,” one person wrote on Instagram.
“My God, I’m so happy he’s coming back. Bring Niall back. [Horan]Reba and Kelly [Clarkson]. Wow that would be powerful,” wrote a second.
