GOLDEN Bachelor star Gerry Turner has finalized his divorce from Theresa Nist two months after filing.
Gerry, 72, announced that he and Theresa, 70, were calling it quits just months after tying the knot in an ABC-televised event.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ show that the divorce case has been officially signed and entered into the Indiana court system.
They revealed that a summary decree for dissolution of marriage and a marital conciliation agreement were both admitted on Thursday.
The ABC star first filed for divorce on April 12 and changed addresses just days later.
Fans saw the two get engaged on the first season of The Golden Bachelor last fall, where Gerry chose the financial services professional over runner-up Leslie Fhima, 65.

“What strikes me most about our conversations is how dedicated we both are to our families,” the Golden Bachelor added.
“We feel it is best for both of our happiness to live apart.”
The two revealed that they planned to move to South Carolina together, but were never able to make it happen.
When asked if they had “fallen out of love”, Theresa and Gerry confirmed that they still had feelings for each other.
“No, no. I still love that person,” Gerry said.
“I have no doubt. I’m still in love with her, I root for her every day.”

UPDATES ABOUT TERESA
On Tuesday, The US Sun exclusively revealed that Theresa had yet to respond to Gerry’s divorce request.
According to court documents obtained by The US Sun, the only documentation she signed was a joint stipulation.
The stipulation informed the court that she agreed to have the divorce handled in Indiana, not New Jersey, where she resides.
Despite the divorce, Theresa has been busy with other aspects of her life.
She has been spending time with her children and grandchildren, who she often posts about on social media.
The TV star also recently underwent a makeover and showed off her new look in photos taken earlier this week.
Theresa looked young with her makeup done, her brown hair was styled straight and she wore a plaid sundress.
GOLDEN BACHELORETTE
While Gerry may have been the first to enter the senior dating scene on ABC, Bachelor Nation is gearing up for its next season of The Golden Bachelorette.
Gerry’s former competitor Joan Vassos, 61, will take the reins after fans saw her self-eliminate in GB last autumn.
Joan is a school administrator from Rockland, Maryland who quickly became a fan favorite on the show.
Just like Gerry, who lost his late wife Toni in 2017, Joan is also a widow.
She lost her late husband, John Nicholas Vassos, in 2021 after 32 years of marriage.
The Golden Bachelorette will premiere this fall on ABC.
