The WE TV star said she ideally weighs between 170 and 180 pounds.

“I never want to go down to 130 pounds, [which] I was when in season 1 [of From Not to Hot]. I went from a size 24 to a size zero,” said Mama June.

She is losing four to five pounds a week and goes to the gym three or four times a week.

Despite the temptations of baked goods, her daughters revealed that Mama June follows a strict diet.

The TV personality also shared that she is not experiencing the typical side effects of the drug.

TRYING NEW FOODS

“It gives you enough to do lifestyle training,” she said.

“I tried new foods, like cottage cheese and things like that, and [have] I have been trying new foods to incorporate [into my diet] to obtain protein.

Meanwhile, her daughters — Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efrid and Jessica Shannon, “have been to all kinds of bakeries this week.”

SAD RETURN

Although Mama June has had success losing weight, her husband revealed that she is struggling with sobriety.

In a March 2024 episode, her husband, Justin Stroud, confessed to Mama June’s sobriety.

Justin has been sober for three years and said a large part of his sobriety depends on honesty

However, he claimed that Mama June is putting her own sobriety at risk by “lying.”

June said she follows a strict diet and goes to the gym three to four times a week, which helps her lose two to five kilos a week.
