Leticia, 45, opened Ace Coffee Cafe in her hometown of Cave City, Kentucky, on March 30, 2024.

Local coffee shop Cave City — located just two hours south of Louisville — is at 203 Broadway St.
The two-story brick building, painted black, is right next door The dive bar, which features a contrasting, bright aquamarine exterior.
Leticia co-owns the bar with her mother, Debbie Passmore, and sister, Shannon Burke.
The cafe features the Ace Coffe logo painted on its facade, positioned just above a large metal awning.

The floor is polished concrete and the wood and brick bracings have been cleaned and painted but left exposed.
The café counter is made of beautiful stained wood, where the cash register, espresso machine and sweets display are located.
Under the counter, chips, chocolates and other treats are displayed for purchase.
Behind the coffee shop and above the coffee machines, the coffee shop menu shows reasonable prices for coffee, cappuccinos, lattes and more.
The influence of American Pickers can be seen throughout the interior of the café.
An antique scale, a hand-painted here light order and other unique items are scattered throughout the cafe.
Ace also features several modern touches, including a large leather sofa, colorful, comfy pillows, and a cozy rug.
Vintage wicker chairs and circular bar tables are positioned in front of a sturdy wooden bench, providing more seating for diners.

While the interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, bags of coffee beans, boxes of teas, candles and other products are available to customers everywhere.
Ace Coffee Cafe also has a vintage shop across from the seating area.
EXTERIOR
Outside, Ace has seating available for guests who want to enjoy some fresh air and take in the view.
The building’s natural, unpainted red brick is visible on the side of the cafe from the courtyard.
A performance stage, complete with marquee lights and a Cave City sign, is situated near the back of the property.
Standard patio furniture is positioned on a grassy plot, while white furniture of a modern design is placed closer to the stage.

PROPERTY VIEW
Letícia purchased the commercial property on July 16, 2021, for US$110,000, according to property records.

Mike Wolfe has created a business empire with real estate, antique stores and more.
Before the opening of Ace Coffee Cafe, Letícia gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek inside the store.
She posted a photo of the cafe counter with the caption: “It’s finally starting to look like a store! It was a lot of fun to build/design.”
Letícia also shared a photo of the living area, writing: “I can’t wait to sit here with a good cup of coffee.”
Ace Coffee Cafe’s Instagram bio reads: “Cultivate. Curator. Elevate. To educate. Serving more than coffee.”
Letícia lives in Kentucky and often visits her boyfriend Mike60, in Nashville, Tennessee.

The History Channel star showed her support by reposting a video of Leticia as she worked at the cafe before its opening.
The clip showed Letícia painting, decorating, cutting wires and hanging lamps around the space.
“My darling is the hardest working lady I know,” he captioned the post.
Letícia is also the owner of the drinks and food company Suckerpunch.
