MIKE Wolfe has fans excited for the next season of American Pickers after sharing behind-the-scenes photos.
The History Channel show is filming a new season despite low ratings following the departure of Frank Fritz.
Mike, 60, posted a photo of himself in a desert environment.
He had his back to the camera and was walking towards an old car.
He was wearing an all-black outfit and holding a cell phone in his hand.
“@JeremyThomas You managed to take one of the hottest photos I’ve ever done and make it even hotter!” he captioned his post.
“I loved having you on the team, friend, your work is incredible and you are a beautiful human being.”
In the comments, Mike interacted with some fans.
One person asked: “When will the new American Pickers be back?”
“October, I guess,” Mike replied, teasing the show’s return.
WOLF CRYING
This is just one of the many behind-the-scenes glimpses Mike shared with fans.
Earlier this week, he posted a video on Instagram that showed his brother Robbie, 57, sitting in the front seat of a beat-up car.
The brothers appeared to be filming some kind of beer promotion, perhaps for American Pickers.
“Hey, where’s my house beer?” Robbie asked the producers.
A crew member then handed him a local beer.
“Hey, you forgot to say shit,” Mike said off-camera.
“House lager, b***h,” Robbie shouted in a second take.
“That’s how it should be,” he added as Mike laughed.
Mike captioned his Instagram Story, “Favorite LagervilleUSA beer while filming American Pickers.”
Season 25 of American Pickers ended earlier this year.
Mike and Robbie are currently working on another one.
MORE TO COME
In May, The US Sun revealed that American Pickers had been renewed for another three years.
The show, which is currently filming its 26th season, has faced falling ratings.
American Pickers has struggled since Robbie took over, taking the reins from Frank, 58.
Despite calls for him to be fired, he continues to appear on the show alongside Danielle Colby, 48, and Jon Szalay, 60, known to viewers as Jersey Jon.
The cast is on the road filming the next season now.
“They’re filming, they just got back from Louisiana,” a source exclusively told The US Sun.
“They are filming for season 26 and have signed on for another three years,” the source shared.
