BARGAIN Block stars Evan Thomas and Keith Bynum have made serious claims about Rock The Block producers.
Rock The Block features HGTV’s top renovation stars facing off to make big changes to identical properties to increase their value in just six weeks.
The recent challenge included creating a multifunctional space on the second floor of their homes.
In Evan’s lengthy Instagram post shared on Thursdaythe TV star asked fans for their opinion on the challenge’s design.
Evan and his design partner, Keith, decided to create a luxurious meditation space in the bedroom and bathroom filled with various shades of brown.
Evan expressed his sadness that he and Keith didn’t win the challenge and wanted to know what viewers thought of the judging.
Home renovation professionals such as Property Brother star Jonathan Scott and Married To Real Estate’s Mike Jackson were among those chosen to judge.
Rock The Block winners like Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt from 100 Day Dream Home also returned to share their thoughts.
He wrote: “Was there some lowball going on? Keith and I decided to judge very fairly because it’s the right thing to do, plus we don’t trust the production (the main producers are professional liars and manipulators, but that’s a story for another day haha )..”
In the comments section, Evan’s design partner Keith responded, “The truth will come out about the abuse and the lies. I can’t wait!!!”
US Sun has reached out to Evan and Keith’s representatives for comment.
‘LITERALLY AMAZED’
Fans were eager to find out more about what was going on behind the scenes.
“Spill the tea on the production team,” commented one observer in all caps.
A second wrote: “Evan had time today!”
“Considering their show is the highest rated ever and social media is buzzing on their behalf, they should rethink this bullshit,” said a third.
A fourth exclaimed: “I was literally stunned when you didn’t win. The design of your entire room exuded peaceful meditation. It was extremely disappointing.”
More fans didn’t hesitate when a screenshot of Evan’s post was shared on an HGTV-related Reddit forum.
“Wow! I really hope they aren’t screwing themselves. This seems quite confusing and problematic,” someone wrote.
Another was worried about the future of his show, “I just hope this doesn’t get Bargain Block cancelled.”
