GOLDEN Bachelor star Gerry Turner has revealed whether he’s ready to get back into the dating world.
In April, the Bachelor star shocked the world by announcing that he and his ex-wife Theresa Nist were divorcing.

On the season finale of The Golden Bachelor, Gerry, 72, proposed to Theresa, 70, and in January, the two tied the knot in a televised wedding ceremony.
Since their split, Gerry has revealed the TMZ that he’s not ready to get back into dating yet – but has received offers from women.
The star told the news outlet that women have been giving him their numbers both in public and on social media.
While Gerry won’t say no to a phone number, he revealed he hasn’t gotten in touch with anyone yet.

“[I’m] flattered by your boldness,” he said.
But when he’s ready to start dating again, he knows what he wants.
Gerry said he is looking for a good friend who loves adventure and travel.
He also wants someone who lives in his home state of Indiana and who lives close to him to avoid long-distance relationships.
Gerry also refuses to sign up to dating apps and prefers to meet someone the old fashioned way.
I COULD NOT MAKE IT WORK
The former TV couple revealed they were splitting in a revealing interview with Good Morning America.
The main problem with their marriage was the long distance.
During their marriage, Theresa continued to live in New Jersey while Gerry was in Indiana.
“Theresa and I had several heart-to-heart conversations and took a hard look at our living situation,” Gerry said in the interview.
“We have come to the mutual decision that it is probably time for us to dissolve our marriage.”

In May 2024, the network revealed that Joan Vassos, who left Gerry’s season early due to a family emergency, would be the first Golden Bachelorette.
