KELLY Bensimon called off her wedding to Scott Litner just four days before the ceremony.
The Real Housewives of New York alum, 56, said she wanted her two daughters Sea, 26, and Teddy, 24, to be a “priority.”

“I have decided that my two daughters are my priority and I will not move forward with this marriage,” Kelly said. Page six.
The real estate agent shares children with fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon, to whom she was married from 1997 to 2006.
A source close to Kelly said PEOPLE she’s taking time to regroup during a difficult time.
She canceled the June 29 nuptials on Tuesday.
She was scheduled to pick up her three wedding dresses at Kleinfeld’s on Tuesday afternoon, Page Six reported.
Scott proposed on the 4th of July weekend, 2023, while they were on vacation in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
He got down on one knee during a boat ride and presented Kelly with a five-carat custom emerald-cut diamond ring.
Kelly said AND! News after the proposal that she “never thought that [she] could be so happy at this stage [her] life.”
“This is truly a new beginning. We have a novel that people write novels about,” she added.
They planned to have two celebrations for the big day, starting with an intimate ceremony at Scott’s mother’s house in Boston.
They were supposed to have a bigger celebration with friends and family in the Hamptons at a later date.
Scott has been married twice and has children.
Kelly has previously gushed over Scott, saying he “surprised” her when they met.
“When I met him, I didn’t even say anything. I was speechless – which is not like me, I always have something to say,” she said. PEOPLE in December 2023.
“But he surprised me. He is a very special human being.”
Last month, she told the publication that she encourages brides in their 50s, 60s and 70s not to hesitate about finding love again.

“I just want everyone who is getting married for the second time, or third, or fourth, or fifth time, or however many times, [to know that] you can call me if you want, if you want someone to congratulate you. I’ll be here rooting for you,” she said.
The Bravo star was shopping for a wedding dress at a bridal shop in New York City when she made the statement.
Kelly recently returned from a mini bachelorette trip with her daughters.
