American Pickers’ Mike Wolfe Buys New $400K Property in Columbia, Tennessee as Star Continues $93 Million Project

AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing a new commercial property in Columbia, Tennessee.

Mike, 60, bought several properties, including his Two Lanes vacation rental and Columbia Motor Alley bike shop, to help bring business to the sleepy town, which is just 45 miles from Nashville.

US Sun can exclusively reveal that the American Pickers star purchased yet another property for $400,000 in December 2023.

The property is 1,240 square feet and was built in 1920.

US Sun previously reported that Mike was seen checking out the office building in November 2023 before making the purchase.

Mike purchased several commercial properties and a home in the “mule capital of the world.”

“The project is costing US$93 million. The city is happy that Mike is taking on this to help bring new life to Columbia,” a source told The US Sun.

KING OF COLOMBIA

According to property records obtained by The US Sun, another commercial property Mike owns in Columbia, Tennessee, is 4,320 square feet and valued at $214,100.

The property is leased to Hazelwood Laboratories, as the business description says: “Boutique music systems for hospitality and home.”

Mike also owns a 2,900 square foot property worth $192,700 that Muletown Coffee rents.

The dramatic theater called the Packard Playhouse rents one of Mike’s properties, which is 4,653 square feet and valued at $336,300.

Mike also owns commercial property leased to Trek Bicycle Store Columbia that is worth $464,400 and is 6,279 square feet.

The square footage includes an upstairs apartment, which is Mike’s vacation rental, Two Lanes Guesthouse.

As The US Sun previously reported, the History Channel star charges $275 per night Friday through Sunday and $200 per night Monday through Thursday.

The rental features a bedroom with king bed, sofa with queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Antiques are throughout the rental as they are chosen by Mike himself.

Mike purchased an old Chevrolet dealership that he called Columbia Motor Alley.

The property was purchased in November 2017 for $400,000 and has an estimated value of $717,400.

The building is an impressive 13,440 square feet.

A source close to Mike previously told The US Sun: “It used to be a car restoration building and then Mike Wolfe bought it.

“He has employees who work on bicycles and more in the garage. Mike has his cars and motorcycles on display here. He has motorcycles, bicycles, cars and antiques that he finds on the show.”

Inside is a merchandise store selling shirts, hats, oil cans, mugs and more items.

The US Sun previously reported that Mike purchased property to be turned into a restaurant as exterior construction has been completed.

Mike purchased the property for $600,000 on September 15, 2022.

The front of the restaurant features a wooden pergola with lights, gray paving, a fire pit area and a brick bench for diners who want to sit around the fire.

In front of the brick fire pit are raised decks, which will serve as a stage for karaoke and performers.

Mike Wolfe has created a business empire with real estate, antique stores and more.

A source told The US Sun at the time: “It will be a restaurant. They will sell pizza, soda, that kind of thing.

“Construction workers are building a karaoke stage, a fire pit and a pergola in front of the building.”

HOUSE DESIGN

And on the outskirts of the small town, Mike purchased a 3,166-square-foot home with three bathrooms for $700,000 on May 20, 2022.

The brick house has a wooden deck, detached garage, cabin, utility building, porch, basement and more amenities.

Mike has been updating fans on the home’s renovation, as he recently posted on Instagram: “We’ve been restoring this house in @visitcolumbia TN for a few years now. We are very excited to finally begin the process of installing the Cupola in this 1873 Italian.

“This historic part of the house has been missing for decades and I am honored to be the one to bring it back to its original state. We will keep you updated on the progress.

“Columbia has many historic neighborhoods to explore, come see what the excitement is all about.”

Mike’s town redevelopment has also brought new businesses outside of his ventures, with Prime & Pint – Butchery and Public House restaurant and butcher shop opening on March 30.

On June 15, Build A Donut Bakery, abbreviated to BAD Bakery, opened.

A source told The US Sun about new construction: “They are building a six-story condominium with a restaurant.

“The city is changing quickly. It is a change that is welcomed by some citizens, but rejected by other members of the community.”

“It’s interesting because a lot of people don’t want change and some do, so we’re in that flux,” a city source said of Mike bringing business to Columbia.

MORE PROPERTIES

Mike also owns properties in Franklin, Tennessee – including his $1 million home in Leipers Fork – and his hometown of Le Claire, Iowa.

In total, Mike has a real estate empire worth about $5 million with properties in Tennessee and Iowa.
