The US Sun asked Gabriel, 37, whether the contestants are at home all the time during filming or elsewhere.

And they do, but first the famous relatives are kidnapped in a hotel.

“You can’t even leave this hotel room without being escorted by a production assistant,” he shared.

“If I wanted to, or if I got claustrophobic, and it was like, ‘These walls are closing in on me. I need to walk down the hallways,’ someone would literally have to walk down that hallway with me.”

Nick Cannon’s brother said the reason for this was because production didn’t want them to meet the other contestants.

“They were probably on different floors, but they could have been in the room next to us. We had no idea,” he said.

‘MISERABLE ROAD’

Gabriel added that once a contestant was eliminated, they would have to return to the hotel and be kidnapped, as they would return at the end to help the finalists discover the identities of the remaining players.

“So that was one of the biggest fears – going back to that hotel and being kidnapped,” he said.

Luckily for Gabriel, he didn’t need to come back because he stayed until the end and won the game.

“So if you got eliminated first, you had to be alone in that hotel room, kind of the same thing, because you’re still in the competition. You can still come back and give information,” he said.

“So, you still couldn’t watch TV, you couldn’t have a cell phone, nothing like that. It was a miserable road for those who went home early in that game.”

The contestants didn’t stay in isolation for long because Gabriel revealed that they only filmed for a month.

GABRIEL’S STRATEGY

Gabriel’s motivation for not returning to the hotel was enough for him to lie about his identity.

He told the other contestants that he was related to a football player, and they believed him throughout the game.

It was a miserable road for those who went home early in that game.

The reality TV star revealed her strategy to The US Sun.

“I had a strategy and I knew it because in life I strongly believe that life imitates art,” Gabriel said.

“In life, no one believes that I am Nick Cannon’s brother. I mean, I would have to bring baby pictures – Nick sucking his thumb.

“So I knew it worked. I knew it was foolproof. Like, I have to bring evidence to prove that I’m his brother in real life. So I knew it was a strategy for sure. It would take me far until the clues started.” leaving,” he continued.

“That’s nothing my lies or pictures can do when the clues point directly to something.”

Gabriel also said he had a secondary plan once his clue was revealed.

Since his clue mentioned a lot of babies, he had to think of someone who was a “TV dad,” so he came up with Terry Crews.

Terry and Nick hosted America’s Got Talent, so it wasn’t too difficult.

Claim to Fame airs Wednesdays at 9pm ET on ABC.

The show follows famous relatives trying to keep their identities a secret to win $100,000.
