BIG Brother announced a last-minute schedule change, leaving fans angry at CBS and Paramount+.
Thursday’s episode is scheduled to air late on the West Coast due to the Republican National Convention broadcast, as well as another time change in the future.

As a result, West Coast viewers should expect Thursday’s episode to run past its typical 10 p.m. end time, according to Reality Barbecue, a popular account on X, formerly Twitter, and writer Sharon Tharpe.
Big Brother fans can also expect delays in the start of the feed.
In the comments of the post, fans classified CBS and Paramount + as “out of reach”.
“TV people are so out of touch with how people consume content,” one critic complained.
“Republicans ruin everything,” scoffed a second fan on social media.
“Well damn, I would have waited until Friday if I knew they were going to do 2 hours at once anyway,” lamented a third viewer.
“This sucks for these people,” empathized another person.

“Why are they putting this on CBS? How many news stations dedicated to this kind of thing, but certainly placed on the local station, ruin everything”, argued a fifth fan.
“Wait, AGAIN?? I’m in Colorado and another one started 30 minutes late (I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet) because last night at 9pm the RNC and JD Vance were talking,” lamented a sixth social media user.
Sharon also announced that Sunday’s episode of Big Brother will be 90 minutes long.
She added that the network told her “there will be a big change in nominations and evictions” during the episode.

The episode was very similar to the premiere – the guests were introduced and then met with host Julie Chen to enter the house, but not before being tasked with deciding the fate of a potential player they didn’t know was AI.
Fans called the network “lazy” for essentially recycling the same format two nights in a row.
“This was copied and pasted last night. Lazy,” complained one fan.
“Why am I watching this again haha”, he wondered for a second.
“That same two-night-in-a-row episode honestly started the season dragging. The way these two episodes could have been 90 minutes… like there was no way they thought we wanted to see the AI thing again,” criticized a third fan.
“Since BB is so lazy and shrinks at the same time, at least commit a little more and give us new AI,” pleaded a fourth viewer.
“I’m not going to lie, this AI twist is ridiculous,” criticized another viewer.
“They are using the same AI for new players,” laughed a sixth viewer.
“Did CBS really think we wanted to hear that AI monologue again?” asked a seventh Big Brother watcher.

CURSE DOOR
During the Big Brother season 26 premiere on Wednesday, viewers were introduced to the first eight houseguests.
After sharing some information about their journey and meeting Julie, the group was welcomed into this season of Big Brother.
Fans watching at home noticed that several experienced players backed away to avoid being the first to enter the house, citing the superstition of the show.
It is believed that there is a door curse, or first-in curse, which states that the first guest to enter does not win the season.
Tucker Des, aware of the curse, happily entered before the other guests.
The BigBrotherDaily account on X, formerly Twitter, shared a photo of Tucker entering, writing: “First in.”
“Well RIP,” one fan scoffed in response.
“He will also be one of the first to leave,” wrote a third fan.
“We all know Tucker is going home first now,” another viewer responded.
Another viewer tweeted that he “sabotaged” his chances of winning Big Brother.
Another person posted a video of other players backing away, refusing to go in first.
They added: “I didn’t even enter the house and 4 people declared themselves superfans.”
Tucker addressed the curse in a confessional interview, indicating he was not concerned.
“As a fan of the show, I know they have this curse that if you’re the first person through the door, you’ll never win,” he said, referring to the curse.
“But look, I’m from Boston. We had the curse of the great Bambino and we won the world series so I can beat this supposed curse that we got here in the Big Brother House.”
