On Wednesday, Tammy, 37, created a TikTok slideshow that included several new photos of the star as she promoted her once-in-a-generation transformation.

The first photo in the post showed her while she was still at the weight loss rehab center in Ohio.
Although she was noticeably thinner than her peak weight of 700 pounds, she was still not at her lowest weight.
Her next photo was a selfie where she was covered in a heavy beauty filter.
Again, she looked thinner, but was still hooked up to the oxygen tank.
The third and fourth photos featured her brother Chris Combs, and appeared to be a memory of the first time she sat in the front seat of a car.
Tammy then shared a photo of herself sitting on a bench in front of fall decor without her oxygen tank.
After this photo, the 1000-Lb. The Sisters star only shared photos that made her weight loss glaringly obvious.
In one photo, she wore a tight denim dress and a pink cardigan, and had a huge smile on her face.
Tammy was wearing a form-fitting jumpsuit and a black tank top in another photo as she tried to find her new personal style.
The TLC star also shared several selfies where she wore different outfits but looked thinner than ever.
Her face was noticeably thinner, her bone structure was more defined, and her collarbones were visible in several photos.
For the video, she used a JoJo Siwa sound where she claimed to be the first person of her generation to make a drastic change in her appearance.
Since the surgery, Tammy has lost an impressive 400 pounds, which is more than half her previous body weight.
