The DUI charge stems from when she wrecked her car and injured another driver in a horrific car accident last spring.

Police found bottles of tequila in Pullos’ car and she pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and with a blood alcohol level (BAC) of 0.08, causing an accident with bodily injury, according to TMZ.

But the 25-year-old first tried to blame the other driver for the accident after he sued her for causing grievous bodily harm.

Pullos stated that although she had alcohol in her system at the time of the accident, she was not responsible.

Rescuers had to remove her from her mangled car using the jaws of life.

The injured driver, Courtney Wilder, “generally and specifically denied any and all allegations” made by Pullos.

He sued Pullos after suffering serious injuries, which led to him being hospitalized.

Wilder claimed the TV star yelled at first responders for touching his $400 shirt and attacked firefighters.

Any injuries suffered by Pullos were not disclosed.

She could have faced up to three years in prison on the charges, but her lawyers reportedly guaranteed her a favorable deal to reduce her sentence.

“I still remember my first day on set with Lexi and Nancy – I was so nervous!! Thank you for letting General Hospital be my second home and thank you for letting me be Molly.”

The young soap star took a break from the show following the accident.
