A VILLAIN on Days of Our Lives has announced her shocking return to the show.
She was shocked to get a call from the soap because of how her character’s story ended earlier.

Judith Chapman, who played Diana Colville in 2019, is making her big return to Days of Our Lives.
She will have a character revival in one day, according to Soap opera summary.
Diana was originally played by Genie Francis from 1987 to 1989, who was also Laura on General Hospital.
“I was surprised to receive that call,” Judith told the channel.
“And then I was thrilled mainly because I found out that my scenes were going to be with Greg [Rikaart]So Leo and Mom are reunited!”
“And when I read the script, I thought, ‘This is great,’” she continued.
On set, Judith met with casting director Marnie Saitta, who held the same position on The Young and the Restless.
Gloria appears on TY&TR as Gloria.
Marnia told Judith to “get on stage and do whatever you do”, which Judith said she can do.
DIANA BEHIND THE BARS
It’s shocking for Judith to return to DOOL since her character is behind bars.
Diana was arrested for trying to murder Marlena.
When Judith sat down to get her hair and makeup done, she said exactly what she wanted.
“I told them I don’t want my hair all done up, I don’t want fake eyelashes and I don’t want a lot of makeup. I may look like the devil and I may cringe when I see myself, but she’s in prison and not in a spa, so that’s not glamorous,” she said.
Judith thinks Diana “owns the place” in prison.

“Diana is not invisible. She won’t take trash from anyone, let alone someone who isn’t as attractive as she is, in her opinion,” she said.
“So now I think Diana is bored to tears, but she’s just biding her time. ‘I’m going to get out of here one of these days.’ ”
MEETING
In one episode, Diana will reunite with her on-screen son, Leo.
Leo is played by Greg Rikkart.
“Obviously, there were big hugs,” Judith told SOD of the meeting.
“It was wonderful working with him again. I haven’t seen him in a while, since I was last on Y&R.”
She was last on Lauren and Michael’s vow renewal show in December.
During this episode, Leo visits his mother in prison, who he hasn’t seen since she was arrested.
NOTHING BUT PRAISE
Judith revealed that she filmed this scene six months ago.
She revealed that she was in Africa when she received an email from an on-set music coordinator.
“He said, ‘Judith, I’m just scoring your prison scenes with Greg, and my God, they were phenomenal!’ I was really pleased because I don’t normally get this kind of feedback,” said Judith.
She said the compliments kept coming and that her agent texted her and praised her scene.
“I had a lot of fun and Diana is fun to play. She is a damaged person and damaged people are always rescued in soap operas”, concluded Judith.
She told the channel that she would be willing to come back and play Diana again if asked.
