FANS were shocked after Days of Our Lives revealed the return of two characters.
This week, viewers of the iconic soap series will see cameos from two actors who were previously on the series.

Remington Hoffman, who played Li Shin, and David S. Lee, who played Gil Carter, will return to Days of Our Lives in guest appearances.
It was revealed that Gil and Li would appear in flashbacks.

Li made her first appearance in a Days spin-off series, Chad & Abby, in Paris.
He then appeared in another Peacock spin-off show, Beyond Salem: Chapter Two.
The character then joined Days in April 2020.
Remington’s character was a businessman who was once married to Gabi Hernandez but ended up divorcing.
Li was found dead and stabbed in the back by Connie Vinniski.
Li died during the November 6, 2023 episode after being treated at the hospital in Salem.
Li will return to haunt Connie.

Gil Carter was a secondary character because he was on the series from October to November 2023.
The character ran a bistro in Salem, but also did some undercover work.
Gil was hired by drug dealer Clyde Weston to keep an eye on Ava Vitali, hiring her at his restaurant as they were using him as a cover for drug trafficking.
When Gil wanted Ava to use her police detective boyfriend, Harris Michaels, to get some evidence from the Salem Police Department after they captured one of Clyde’s men.
Ava refused, but realized that Gil wanted to sleep with her.
