TWO A-listers have quit a huge Netflix sitcom after facing major backlash from fans.
This ’90s show lost two cast members, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.
The husband and wife duo have confirmed they will not return for the second series of the sitcom.
Both Mila and Ashton, who played Jackie and Kelso, but had limited screen time on the spin-off of the original series That 70s Show.
When asked if fans could expect to see them in season two, Mila simply said, “No.”
She added to Entertainment Tonight, “I mean, we did our job and they featured our son on the show.”
That 90s Show premiered in January 2023 and was renewed for another season just a month later.
However, Netflix bosses have not yet announced when the new episodes will be released.
Mila and Ashton’s departures come after they were criticized for writing character references in Danny Masterson’s court case for raping two women.
In an online video, Kutcher, 46, said they did not intend to undermine the victims’ testimony or retraumatize them.
He added: “We would never want to do that and we will be sorry if that happens.”
The couple appeared with Masterson, 47, on the sitcom That ’70s Show at the time of the 2003 attacks.
Danny was sentenced to 30 years in prison for his crimes.
