JOHN Mulaney is back to take over Netflix tonight with a new special.
In its debut season, John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA offers a six-episode comedic journey through the city of Los Angeles, led by the iconic comedian Mulaney himself.
Created by renowned stand-up comedian and co-executive produced by Ashley Edens, this live comedy series promises a fun exploration of Los Angeles’ quirks and characters, exclusively on Netflix.
In addition to Mulaney, the live-streamed series will feature several other prominent comedy figures, including David Letterman, Jon Stewart, Patton Oswalt and Bill Hader.
Joining the lineup are stars like Cassandra Peterson aka Elvira, Cedric the Entertainer and Jerry Seinfeld, as reported by AV Club.
This collaboration between Mulaney and Netflix isn’t their first rodeo together. The platform has hosted Mulaney specials, including John Mulaney: Baby J (2023), The Comeback Kid (2015) and Kid Gorgeous (2018).

More About Comedian John Mulaney
Upon completing his studies at St. Ignatius College Prep in 2000, Mulaney enrolled at Georgetown University, following in his parents’ footsteps.
At Georgetown, he majored in English and minored in theology, while also becoming involved in the school’s improv group, where he collaborated with fellow comedians Nick Kroll and Mike Birbiglia.
After graduating in 2004, Mulaney moved to New York City, where he initially took a position as an office assistant at Comedy Central.
However, he later transitioned to freelance work after leaving his office position.

Chicago native John Mulaney was born on August 26, 1982.
Raised in a family with four siblings, including two brothers (one of whom is deceased) and two sisters, Mulaney’s upbringing was shaped by his experiences as an altar boy.
At the age of seven, he became a member of The Rugrats, a Chicago children’s comedy group.
During his time at St. Clement Junior High School, Mulaney showed his comedic talent by presenting written reports in the form of sketches.
