But they will have to do it without one of their founding members.

The Try Guys are a popular YouTube group that posts videos of them trying outrageous things.
The group was founded by Keith Habersberger, Ned Fulmer, Zach Kornfeld, and Eugene Lee Yang in 2014 while working at BuzzFeed.
Now, Zach, Keith and Eugene have announced their own streaming service, 2nd Try, separate from YouTube.
In the new service, Try Guys will offer new videos on a subscription basis in an attempt to make more money from their content.
Zach said the group is eager to find new audiences.
“I think what excites us is that we can now treat YouTube and any other social media platform as just that, a social media platform, where we use it to reach new people and excite them, rather than relying entirely on our ability to survive as a business with them and their advertising dollars,” he said The Hollywood Reporter.
“You need feedback, and YouTube and all these social media sites give us that feedback in real time,” Keith added. “So we’re still doing things for that audience.”
He adds that they don’t plan to abandon YouTube entirely, but there’s nothing wrong with making a profit either.
“That’s a big audience that’s been getting our free content for 10 years. We want to keep doing that because we get a lot out of it. And you know, ad revenue is still part of our business. It’s part of doing anything for anyone.”
The new ad-free streaming service and app, launching Wednesday, will cost $4.99 per month, but promotional discounts are expected to be available.
The plan is to publish new shows every month, with multiple episodes released at the same time.

However, the third member, Eugene, won’t be around for long to enjoy the new venture.
He announced that he will leave the group after this year, leaving just Zach and Keith as the original Try Guys.
The two announced that they will fill Eugene’s void with not just one new cast member, but several who will become more frequent collaborators.

“For a long time we said there would never be a new fourth Try Guy,” Keith continued. “That Try Guys was what it was, and that’s how it is.
“And it’s true. We’re not adding a room, we’re adding a lot more than that.”
The founding member recognizes this will mean a big change in their approach, but it’s something they’re eager to do.
“It’s really been – especially the last couple of years – kind of a Keith and Zach show and I don’t think it’s the best show we can do. I think we can do a lot better things with a few more collaborators.”

The Try Guys have been without founder Ned Fulmer for almost two years.
On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, the trio announced that Ned was “no longer working with The Try Guys.”
“As a result of a thorough internal review, we do not see a path forward together,” the statement read.
“We appreciate your support as we navigate this change,” he concluded.
The group also released a video on October 3, explaining Ned’s separation.
They began by saying that over Labor Day weekend they were alerted to Ned’s “romantic public behavior” with “an employee.”
The trio confirmed that they investigated the allegations.
Ned was immediately removed from work and an HR employee was notified to conduct a “thorough review of the facts,” the boys said.
