FANS of Netflix’s The Mole have expressed their true feelings about the series and criticized players for wasting money.

The reality show premiered its second season on Friday and has already generated quite a stir on social media.

During the June 28 episode, contestants were tasked with competing in various challenges for cash prizes and identifying who they thought was the group’s spy.

Only one player could win the cash prize, giving the game show an interesting twist.

Despite it being only the first day, some believed they had already seen the mole sabotaging their chances of victory.

Their suspicions were heightened when player Muna faced off against the group before a quiz challenge.

Players had to choose what they would receive if they won – a cash prize or an advantage on the first quiz question.

SUSPICIOUS MOVEMENT

When players Tony and Deanna opted for the money, Muna did the same; however, she changed her vote when broadcasting her choice to host Ari Shapiro.

This has raised eyebrows that Muna could be the mole, although it’s too early to say if that’s the case.

Fans loved the show’s unique premise, but criticized players for seemingly throwing away money on the game.

“I’m loving this season because everyone is wasting money for no reason so right now anyone (except Q) can be the mole,” one person wrote on X.

Netflix fans go wild for ITV’s ‘best show ever’, with big A-list stars coming to the platform 13 years after its debut

“There is no teamwork, alliances or real plans, just people issuing challenges and losing money for exemptions,” complained another.

“This group is VERY good at these challenges to add money, but as soon as they are presented with the opportunity to spend it, they do it quickly,” said a third.

“THEY ARE SO CONFUSED ABOUT MONEY, as if gambling all this is an exemption,” noted a fourth.

“This squad is so scared to play that they let the pot reach zero several times,” commented a fifth.

“I’m actually so happy they lost all their money. They were being so reckless that the spy didn’t even need to do anything.
