PARAMOUNT+ has released a first look at the upcoming Dexter spinoff series.
Dexter: Original Sin will be a prequel to the 2006 Showtime series, which will follow a young Dexter and his transition into a serial killer.

On Thursday, Paramount released photos from the upcoming drama on its Instagram profile.
In a few snapsfans got their first look at the actors – including Patrick Gibson as Dexter Morgan and Christian Slater as Harry Morgan.
In the fourth slide, viewers could see Dexter in action and torturing his victim, who was tied to a table.
Fans also got a glimpse of Jennifer Carpenter’s former character Debra Morgan, who will now be played by Molly Brown.

The man who played Dexter in the original show, Michael C. Hall returned to the show, but as an executive producer.
The show’s release date has not yet been confirmed.
While many viewers were excited about the upcoming TV show, others weren’t as excited.
‘IT’S NOT GETTING MY ATTENTION’
“Who are these people, bro?” one critic asked in the comments section.
A second added: “Probably won’t watch.
“I’m a huge Dexter fan and this isn’t getting my attention.”
“That’s not our Dexter,” pointed out a third sternly.
A fourth said: “This is going to fail badly.”
“No one cares about a money-making prequel,” exclaimed another person.
