EVEN Hollywood’s elite aren’t immune to the effects of time, and a cosmetic doctor has revealed the signs they’ve secretly had work done.
From lip fillers to chipmunk cheeks, he told The US Sun which stars you might be surprised have gone under the knife – and how to know.
Juvly Aesthetics CEO Dr. Justin Harper has revealed telltale signs that some of your favorite celebrities have had a bit of a squeeze over the past decade.
“The mind is intelligent. Even if you don’t know what was done, you know something isn’t right,” he told The US Sun.
MARGOT ROBBIE
It takes a lot to look like a real-life Barbie, and according to Dr. Justin Harper, a lot has gone into achieving Margot Robbie’s ageless features.
Most people would consider her one of the most attractive celebrities, and she has certainly achieved “beauty icon status”.

But Dr. Harper says not everything is natural.
“What you see are telltale signs of traditional, old work,” the doctor explained.
One thing Harper immediately noticed in a 2011 photo was that her cheeks were very wide and high, creating some “artificial block to her face.”
If not done correctly, poor cheek filler can “make people look funny” and show their age.
Along with the lip fillers, he said there was some flattening around the nose to the corners of the mouth and that the chin appeared shortened.
The Australian actresses’ features looked very masculine, he said.
“You will notice how blocked it is if you put a piece of paper over the eyes, the cheeks and cover all the other features,” he said.
“Most people don’t understand that it’s more expensive to get a job you don’t see than it is to get a job you see,” Dr. Harper explained.
He said most injectors could probably achieve Margot’s old look with “five or six syringes in the wrong places,” which would cost about $3,000.
Because you need a lot more volume to treat areas that are actually aging, as opposed to artificially aging areas, your newer look will likely cost at least four or five times what it once did.
“Over the years, I think it helps to maintain things,” admitted the doctor.
If you pay attention to the photos, Margot Robbie looks subtly different today.
In more recent photos, he said: “She clearly tightened her skin quite a bit.
“She treated the temples and cheeks. She does all things.
“Now if you look at her [recently], much older, the shape of her cheeks has been smoothed and corrected. There’s more of a natural feminine inclination there.”
According to Dr. Harper, the filler around her mouth also disappeared or dissolved, which allowed her lips to age naturally, and her chin was lengthened to sharpen her overall jawline.
“There’s probably something in them to maintain hydration between the two, but not in extensive amounts,” he added.
Dr. Harper called the right-wing example “good work.”
“She has great genetics, but a really good job to get her back to the way she was before,” he added.
HAILEY BIEBER
Hailey Bieber has never confirmed that she did anything, but Dr. Justin Harper thinks she did.
Many speculated about the plastic surgery and cosmetic work she had done, from her chubby pout to her ripped chin.
In the past, she has taken to Instagram to claim that it is very good makeup, but Dr. Harper offered her opinion.
“Your mind knows when something is normal or not,” he said.
If people can’t stop talking about Hailey Bieber’s lips, there’s probably a reason for that.
The edge of the lip is accentuated and looks like a “ridge,” according to Dr. Harper.
The white line area that borders the top of the upper lip is called the “white roll,” which can also be accentuated with injectable fillers.
“If it’s off by a millimeter, our minds pick up on the distance of a conversation. It is one of the most important things when you are reconstructing a lip”, explained the specialist.
Harper explained that there might be a reason why the model keeps saying that her luscious lips are the result of just good eyeliner or a “lip liner technique.”
“It’s not uncommon for a patient to not know exactly what we did,” he said.
“If we don’t use clear language when describing what we did, it’s not surprising that they don’t describe it accurately.”
Not only does he think she “definitely” has lip fillers, but he also thinks she opted for an eye lift and temple fillers to lift her eyebrows and increase the collagen production she’s had.
Temple fillers are non-surgical injections that invigorate the temples like a mini facelift.
“If you look out of the corner of your eye, it’s called the side campus. It’s a little more upturned than it used to be, but it doesn’t spin itself,” she added.
In the end, Dr. Harper gave his seal of approval and said, “She looks much better now.”
