BRITNEY Spears could have predicted finding her happily ever after when her conservatorship ended, and she tasted freedom for the first time in 13 years.
But a psychologist has encouraged the pop icon to realize that forming “shaky connections” with people like handyman Paul Soliz will doom her love life forever.

Britney, 42, shared an Instagram post on Sunday that said, “Never lose sleep over people who ruin your dreams.”
Britney was photographed the day before clutching a pillow and looking disheveled outside the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.
Paramedics arrived at the hotel following reports of an altercation between Britney and Paul Soliz.
She showed off her swollen foot on Instagram.

Former criminal Paul had known Britney since 2022, when her estate hired him to work on her home.
The 37-year-old father of nine’s duties included “cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors and picking up trash,” according to Page six.
Psychologist Dr. said Paul was a questionable choice of partner for the star.
Their connection came to light after Britney’s most recent ex-husband, Sam Asghari, left her and filed for divorce.

“Britney makes shaky, fast-forming connections with the wrong men,” Spelman told The US Sun.
“She also chooses men who are already part of her close circle.
“Some of them may have been helpful to her and provided Britney with company during turbulent times.
“With Paul, it would have been when Britney felt vulnerable after her split from Sam Asghari.
“Someone should help Britney recognize the men who can use her for fame and wealth.”
Paul and Britney were spotted in their white Mercedez on Tuesday, according to TMZ.
Spelman encouraged the former child star to find tools to improve her self-esteem.
“Britney needs friends who can be like the parents or family she never had to help her,” she said.
“She needs to find a good circle of friends who don’t control her.
“Britney must also learn to identify warning signs at the beginning of a relationship.
“She needs to carefully select her partners and those who can help create a supportive environment.
“Something needs to be done to break this cycle of unsuitable partners.”

Paul was reportedly fired by Britney’s estate in 2023 after his criminal record came to light.
Ultimately, their relationship also turned romantic.
“My husband fell into Britney Spears’ pussy,” said Paul’s wife Daily Mail.
“He was married and now he denies his children. He neglects his children for her,” she said.

Spelman claimed the pair became intimate in the privacy of Britney’s home.

On the positive side, Britney found companionship with Paul after her breakup from Sam.

Britney met Sam Asghari, 30, in 2016 when he appeared in her music video for her track Slumber Party.

“Sam and Britney are off to a promising start,” she said.
“But eventually the whole thing succumbed to allegations of infidelity.”
Interestingly, Justin Timberlake, Britney’s first long-term partner, wrote about her alleged infidelity in his hit song Cry Me a River.
She has since accused him of cheating in her book, The Woman in Me.

Justin and Britney were known as the celebrity power couple of the ’90s, but they split in 2002 after four years together.
“Britney’s early fame and traumatic breakup with Justin significantly shaped her personal life,” said Spelman, Private Therapy Clinic Founder.
“Now Britney appears to be having trouble maintaining long-term relationships.
“But there were probably other conflicts between Sam and Britney that she and Justin couldn’t handle.”

Britney dated and married dancer Kevin Federline in 2004. The couple has two children.
Their marriage lasted three years, with Britney’s public meltdown sending her to rehab in 2007.
She was placed under guardianship in 2008.
During a 2002 interview with 60 Minutes AustraliaKevin stated that he was shocked when Britney filed for divorce.
The couple shared custody of Jayden James, 16, and Sean Preston, 17.

“Britney met someone from her close circle and they got married very quickly,” she said.
“Like her other relationships, this one with Kevin lasted a while, but under intense scrutiny and personal challenges.”

Britney’s relationship with British paparazzo Adnan Ghalib lasted three months.
It all started after she shaved her head during her 2007 meltdown.
Britney wrote about Adnan without naming him in her memoir, The Woman In Me.
“I was completely in love with him,” she said.
“All I could see at the time was that he was chivalrous and helped me when others got too aggressive.”

Spelman suggested that this relationship was complex. She said once again that Britney was vulnerable.
“Brtiney’s brief fling with Adnan was another complex situation,” she said.
“Like Paul Soliz, he was married.
“Britney was also particularly vulnerable when they went public together.
“That relationship would never have lasted either.”

Spelman suggested that one issue was how close her partners were to her when they got involved.
Previously, Britney dated two of her managers, Sam Lutfi and Jason Trawick.
“Britney’s relationships continue to reflect her immediate social and professional circles,” she said.
“With Paul, as with the others, he doesn’t provide the stability or even the reliability that would benefit her.
“Here she is with another former associate or employee.
“Britney can continue to face all of these challenges in forming and maintaining healthy relationships.
“The path of her relationship seems uncertain, so she needs to make significant changes and perhaps seek help.”
