A psychotherapist urged Bianca Censori to seek treatment following her latest near-nude fashion stunts.
She claimed the model’s extreme outfits had given her “outlier” status on the celebrity circuit and insisted the Australian “review” how she sees herself using therapy.

She walked into a business meeting in Italy holding a notebook.

A year ago, Bianca’s extended vacation in Italy saw her debut some of her most daring looks.
She strutted her stuff in sheer, pastel-colored jumpsuits and sheer tights as she walked with her new husband, Kanye West, 45.

Licensed Psychotherapist Dr. Marni Feuerman said Bianca’s wardrobe decisions have become “more extreme.”
These days, Yeezy’s architectural leader rarely wears a bra or underwear.
She was pantsless in her Porsche last week when she left Chateaux Marmont the week before.
“Bianca has probably become the most naked celebrity because we see it every time she appears,” Feuerman told The US Sun.
“We certainly see an atypical situation here among Hollywood stars who also don’t use much.
“She is in one of the most extreme circumstances.
“This is probably not motivated by a healthy, balanced sense of self, especially considering how far Bianca has gone in these circumstances.”
Bianca moved from Australia to Los Angeles and secretly married Kanye in 2022.
The music producer divorced Kim Kardashian, 43, in 2021. The pair shared custody of their four children.
Bianca left behind a job as a designer in Melbourne and a close-knit social circle including friends and family.
She became the center of attention in Hollywood, mainly through fashion stunts and PDA-filled outings.

Feuerman stated that Bianca joined the Los Angeles showbiz scene with a “bang.”
“Bianca arrived from a different country and was initially in new territory,” she said.
“She was in this new situation and came to Los Angeles with a bang.
“For the next 18 months, Bianca said, ‘I’m here, I’m here, watch me.’
“This could have been to divert attention from Kanye’s exes, and she succeeded.
Therapy would help Bianca feel good about herself no matter what.

“But this doesn’t come from the healthiest place and is Bianca’s unhealthy, internalized view of herself.
“Therapy could help Bianca review some of that so she feels a little different.
“She should feel confident no matter what she wears.
“Therapy would help Bianca feel good about herself no matter what.”

The first time Bianca was photographed with Kanye was when they had a quiet meal in Beverley Hills in 2023.
From there, fans heard Bianca speak once at a clothing store on Melrose Place.
Feuerman suggested that Bianca’s happiness seemed “fleeting.”
“I would be a little skeptical to say that she was feeling really happy,” she said.

This includes Kanye’s ex-girlfriends Julia Fox and his ex-wife, Hulu star Kim.

Fashion designer Tavia Sharp told The US Sun in March that Kanye was influencing his partners.
She claimed that since Bianca married the rapper, Julia’s style changes have kept the controversial couple “on their toes.”
“Julia changes her fashion and reinvents her looks and clothes,” she said.
The clothes may come from feelings of jealousy or threat from other celebrities.

Sharp suggested that Kanye influenced Julia’s wardrobe while dating her in 2022.
“With fashion, Julia followed Kanye’s direction, so now Bianca is following both of their directions,” she added.

Feuerman, however, cited jealousy as a potential factor in Bianca’s fashion decision-making.
“In the celebrity world, what usually happens with these near-nude styles is that any attention is reinforced,” she said.
“The looks can arise from a feeling of jealousy or threat from other celebrities.
“This happens more often in a highly competitive environment like Los Angeles.
“Bianca can feel like she is being noticed, which can reinforce her and help her feel relevant.

“When we think of Kanye’s ex, Kim, she is known worldwide as an incredibly beautiful woman.
“This could have sparked some potential feelings of jealousy in Bianca.
“The Kardashians get a lot of attention.
“If the naked appearance comes from a position of low self-esteem or self-worth, Bianca may feel that her worth is strictly objective.
“Bianca thinks that the value is in your assets and your appearance.
“This is opposed to intelligence or work ethic.
“Bianca could have internalized all these feelings, which is her value.
“A lot of Hollywood stars are like that, but Bianca might be more extreme.”

Kanye is often photographed walking close to his now world-famous wife.
Although he tends to cover himself in black or white, he sometimes obscures his face and eyes.
In January, Kanye began sharing images of Bianca posing in suggestive outfits at Chateau Marmont.

“So someone might act a certain way or start doing more extreme things, and that changes.
“Sometimes people use their clothes or lack thereof to attract attention.
“In this case, it appears to be a combination of things like jealousy, self-esteem, being noticed and being admired.”
