THE bigger the better the fashion in Hollywood used to be, with stars going under the knife more than once to enlarge their breasts.
According to a plastic surgeon, some celebrities choose the wrong size breast implant and are at risk of “drooping” or “damaging the envelope” on the outside.
Some stars have been reducing their breast implants or removing them completely lately.
Victoria Beckham, Heidi Montag and Pamela Anderson have joined a growing list.
Dr Nilesh Sojitraconsultant plastic surgeon GC Aestheticscited problems for patients whose breast implants are too large.
He warned of problems, especially for “small-chested” stars.
“Bigger isn’t always better,” he told The US Sun.
“The larger the implant, the greater the risk of complications and the impact on surrounding breast tissue.
“Although many small-chested stars want to increase their cup size, it is possible to increase too much with implants.
“A very large breast will not only look unnatural on a smaller person.
“They can cause shoulder, neck and back pain and droop over time.”
Sojitra chose some talents who, one day, may need to return for more cosmetic surgeries.
Ripples, drooping, sagging, and pain may need to be addressed.
KYLIE DROOPS
Kylie Jenner, 26, confessed to having a breast lift when she was 19 – and regretted it.
“I had beautiful breasts. Simply beautiful, perfect size. I just wish I never did it in the first place,” she said on KUWTK.
“Kylie’s breast implants are approximately 350cc with a 30DD cup, and she spent about $7,000 to $8,500,” Sojitra said.
“She should consider whether she is planning another pregnancy as this will affect the eventual shape of her breasts.
[One star’s] the implants appear to be rippling; This is one of the potential complications of having implants that are too large.

“Kylie lost weight after having her daughter, which impacted the appearance of her implants on her petite frame.
“If you naturally store a lot of fatty tissue in your breasts or lose significant weight, this can cause your implants to fall out.”
CARDI STRETCHES
Cardi B, 31, has admitted to multiple breast augmentations, one of them after she had her daughter, Kulture, in 2019.
“When I was 18 and became a dancer, I had enough money to buy breasts, so any insecurity I felt about my breasts disappeared,” she said. Mariah Carey in 2021.
“Cardi B’s implants are about 380-420 cc and she has a 32EE cup,” Sojitra said.
“Cardi looks unnatural, but her implants can cause tissue stretching.
“This can also cause stretching and thinning of the skin.
“Cardi could also end up with back pain.”
MÉGAN MULTIPLY
Megan Fox, 38, admitted to having her first breast surgery when she was in her early twenties, after starting her role in the film Transformers.
“I remade them after I finished breastfeeding my kids,” she said Fascination after welcoming her third child.
“Megan opted for 280cc implants in 32D, spending around $8,500-10,000 on multiple surgeries,” Sojitra said.
“Although Megan’s implant size is not very large, they look very large on her petite body.
“If you have a smaller figure, like Megan, it can be more difficult to cover up scars to make them less visible.
“This should be considered over the long term and the importance of appropriate aftercare.”
KIM DOUBLES
Kim Kardashian, 43, has not confirmed breast implant surgery.
The Hulu star only admitted to having things like Botox and vampire facials.
“Kim’s implants are about 350 cc in a 34DD/E cup,” Sojitra said.
“This size can cause excess weight in the breast tissue and thinning of the breast and skin envelope.
“Kim’s implants appear to be rippling; This is one of the potential complications of having implants that are too large.
Weight loss after surgery can cause this and create thin breast tissue.

“This is where the folds of the breast implant become visible or can be felt to the touch.
“Weight loss after surgery can cause this and create thin breast tissue.”
DOLLY’S DISCOMFORT
Dolly Parton, 78, admitted to getting breast implants after losing weight.
“I’m not made of plastic – although my breasts were lifted when they started dragging on the floor,” she told Daily Mirror in 2002.
Dolly may have tension in her breast tissue and problems such as sagging, discomfort and back pain.

“At this stage, for them to stand up like little soldiers, you put something there to help them,” Dolly added.
“There is no doubt that Dolly’s implants are large, over 800 cc in volume and have a 34H cup,” said Sojitra.
“This significant implant volume carries risks.
“Dolly can have tension in her breast tissue and problems such as sagging, discomfort and back pain.
“Dolly has had several implant surgeries and is therefore at risk of having larger breasts.”
“For women who feel dissatisfied with their natural breast size, the confidence boost option can offer a significant boost in confidence,” Sojitra added.
“My advice is to choose your size wisely and consult your surgeon if you want to go bigger.
“My advice would be to choose implants that suit your body structure.
“Please be careful with the surgeon who encourages you to go further than you would like.
“Petite patients with overly large breast implants can suffer from chronic back pain over time.
“Larger breast implants inserted will also require larger incisions, which may be more difficult to heal.”
