The only thing that can make the stars shine even brighter are some dazzling diamonds from famous jewelry designer George Khalife.
Known by many as “George the Jeweler”, he certainly lives by the idea that the brighter the better.
KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS
You’ve probably seen some of Khalife’s blinding baubles.
Some of them cost more than $100,000 and are as famous as the celebrities who wear them, including the Kardashians.
Khalife, who has designed jewelry for big names like Gigi Hadid and Shakira, was surprised to see one of his latest creations on Khloe Kardashian at Ambani’s famous wedding in India.
“I didn’t even know where it would be used,” he told The US Sun.

“The idea came to me and I created it and she used it and I just said, ‘Here we go.’
“It was the most surreal stop-and-go moment ever. It was so cool,” he continued.
For Khalife, it’s easy to keep up with the Kardashians when money is no object.
“Usually when it comes to them, there’s not really a budget, which is fun,” he said.
Even at the wedding of the heir of India’s richest man, estimated to be worth around $600 million, Khalife’s Kardashian design stole the show.
The piece features the names of Khloe’s two children – True and Tatum – in two carats of diamonds.
It was originally ordered by a friend of Khloe’s for her birthday.
“She came to me with an idea and I suggested doing something with Khloe in mind,” he continued.
Her friend also brought him an image she wanted to emulate, but he took it to the next level of luxury.
“I knew I had to pair it with the coolest chain that has a diamond on every inch so it’s really pretty,” he added.
Khloe came to me and asked if we could take her dog’s footprint and memorize it, so I made a gold pendant.

“It’s sentimental and I knew she would love it.”
He turned out to be right.
She texted her friend the next day saying how “obsessed” she was with the piece.
“It was such a fun and unique experience, and I love creating pieces like this,” he said.
Khalife was also impressed with Khloe’s entire wedding look.
“That outfit was absolutely stunning. She looked amazing. Her necklaces were crazy,” he said.
“Working with the Kardashians is a very rewarding experience,” he continued.
KENDALL’S PET SPARKLERS
He remembered one particular sentimental piece he made for Kendall during the pandemic when her dog passed away.
“Khloe reached out to me and asked if we could take her dog’s footprint and honor her, so I made a gold pendant,” he said.
I’ve sent some things to Kim and made things for Kourtney, but Khloe is my favorite.

He even saw her reaction in real time on the family’s reality show.
“It was the most surreal feeling – Khloe actually gave the pendant to her sister on one of the episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” he said.
“She uses it all the time.
“I got some stuff for Kim and I did stuff for Kourtney, but Khloe is my favorite. I love her. She’s so cool,” he continued.
He also helps Kylie keep her children’s names a secret.
Khalife created a “Stormi” nameplate for the billionaire lip brand founder a few years ago, which she can also be seen wearing regularly.
AARON CARTER JEWELRY
Khalife has adorned a number of stars in her dramatic designs so they can shine like a diamond – lots of them.
One of the most stunning pieces he ever created was a necklace that spelled out the word “love” for the late singer Aaron Carter.
“Maybe it was the size of my arm. It was probably one of the biggest things I’ve ever done,” he said.
When someone is spending that much money, you want to make sure they are satisfied with the results.
Jorge, the jeweler
“That was one of the most memorable pieces that really went up in terms of cost,” he continued.
“It was all diamonds and it was stressful working on something like that because I’m very perfectionist, especially with my clients, because I consider them friends first and foremost.

BABY BAUBLE
Making sure he’s able to add sparkle to each star’s special occasion is all in a day’s work for Khalife.
A small but sentimental diamond he gave to Gigi Hadid when her daughter Kai was born became an instant bestseller.
The bracelet was intended to pay homage to the model’s Middle Eastern origins, something no one understands better than Khalife.
“In our culture, we believe in the evil eye which wards off hatred and negativity,” he said.
He even made a matching bracelet for Zayn Malik, former One Direction singer and Hadid’s partner at the time.
“I woke up the next day with, I think, 300 sales,” he said.
“It was one of the craziest moments of my career just because of how quickly it grew. When something goes viral like this, it’s instant,” she added.
“This bracelet is more valuable to me than any amount of money. Just seeing the feeling and being there for Gigi means everything to me,” she added.
SHINE LIKE SHAKIRA
He also created something that he knew would really pop for pop superstar Shakira and her fans.
The Latin singer’s wolf pack will now be able to purchase the single diamond wolf amulet she commissioned from Khalife.
“It was a cool moment too because she loved the piece so much that we are working on it for her to make it as her logo and use it on other brands and on some other pieces,” he said.
He remembers when he first connected with Shakira after sending her a pendant with her name written in Arabic.
“She has the cutest voice and told me how grateful she was for me, so that really helped me break down the barrier with her,” he said.
ALL IN THE FAMILY
Khalife, who designed diamonds for Megan Fox, is also working with singer Noah Cyrus on a new private piece.
“She’s an incredible person to work with,” he said.
He shared how Miley’s sister had previously collaborated with him to create a “stunning” diamond tennis necklace for her and her mother.

The piece featured a photo of her grandmother and had diamonds all around the frame.
“It was such a beautiful piece,” he said.
“It was really fun to create and it was a really good feeling because I was there providing the feeling,” he continued.
SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND
He also joined the Fourteen Carat forces with Kardashian’s best friend Malika Haqq at the request of the Jewelers Board of America, as he is a member of the organization.
He helped design a thick bracelet with diamonds shaped like Roman numerals to signify a pivotal date in his son’s life.
Khalife also knows all the personal and professional developments in A-listers’ lavish lives, so she can do something equally lavish just for them.
“I have a list of celebrities that I try to follow up on and figure out when is the right time to send something,” he said.
“A lot of this business is staying up to date with everything that’s going on and reaching out at the perfect time,” he added.
Khalife, who has worked with celebrities for a decade, has made a name for herself in the jewelry business since taking her father’s Michigan-based wholesale business to new heights.
He also relies on social media to help him reach for the stars – literally.
“Instagram is my walking, working business card,” he said.
“Everyone should post their art, I firmly believe that, you never know who will follow your profile,” he added.
He also credits his best friend and singer, Christina Milian, for helping him develop his glittering empire.
In addition to helping “open doors for him”, he and the artist launched the House of Fine Gold line together.
For Khalife, there’s more to his designs than what’s on the shiny surface.
“I think jewelry nowadays has taken on a very different meaning,” he said.
“You’re going to see a lot more things that are personalized and personalized and it becomes unique to the person that someone else can’t have and I appreciate that,” he continued.
