The 90s is making a huge comeback at the moment.
From fashion to beauty, it’s all about the decade that brought us Steps, Beanie Babies, and matte eyeshadow.
And now nostalgic 90s clothing is making a comeback.
Every girl born before the 90s would have something from Bang on the Door in her room.
And the brand’s most iconic design was Groovy Chick.
From duvet covers to pencil cases, it was a must-have for girls growing up 40 years ago.
Now Primark has revealed its latest tote bag – emblazoned with the must-have Groovy Chick design. And it’s a bargain at just £4.
The team at the Perth branch have been showing this off online.
And ’90s fans are going crazy about it, with nearly 5,000 people liking one post on social media and many demanding they start selling more Groovy Chick items.
One of them said, “If they have bedding, I’ll run.”
Another commented: “If you see this in Primark please tell me – I love cool girls.”
One fan joked: “They’re going to load the entire Argos catalog page we circulate, girls, get ready.”
And another already has plans to acquire them.
She said, “Spectacular! Give me 14 of them right now.”
It’s not the only ’90s swag Primark is selling at the moment.
The store also has a line of Rugrats pajamas.
The Nickelodeon cartoon was a huge hit 40 years ago when it hit television screens.
Now Tommy Pickle and his little friends are appearing in a cute collection at the high street store.
Showing off pajamas and socks, an employee at the East Kilbride store said: “90s kids, are you ready for the throwback?”
